I had a very disturbing experience at this location yesterday. I came in and ordered my chicken bowl with extra chicken, sat down, ate my meal, and then headed to the bathroom. The door had a numerical lock on it, which is already frustrating as a customer. I then proceed to ask a worker (James) what the code was & he proceeded to berate me & tell me that I needed to purchase something. The man condescendingly refused to give me the code, even after I explained to him that I did in fact make a purchase. He then started walking around to different employees pointing at me and asking them if I had bought something. He attempted to humiliate me, simply because I needed to go to the bathroom. After me asking at least ten times for the code he begrudgingly mumbles “all odd numbers” . I’m perplexed because he was barely audible, his accent was strong, and I was expecting to hear a series of numbers. He keeps murmuring “all odd numbers” with hostility, as opposed to just telling me the code was “13579” , which would have been easier. This entire experience was unacceptable & left me completely mortified. James needs to be retrained in the art of customer service & the importance of it. Or he just doesn’t need to interact with customers if he doesn’t know how to speak to them & show them a modicum of respect. I will not be returning to this Chipotle due to his inappropriate behavior. James is going to continue to make this location lose customers if he doesn’t know how to make them...
Read morePer the website and the front door they close at 10 pm. As advertised on their restaurant store front they take orders via the mobile app til 11pm. But when I got their at 9:50, the doors were locked. So I went to the window for the mobile orders to ask if I could order inside or if I had to order on the mobile app. The young lady ignored me. I stood out there for 2-3 waiving my had and ringing the door bell. Finally a young man opened the window and told me that the inside closes at 9:45 each day, and I said that's fine but why was the other lady ignoring me, then the manager came over and I asked her what time they closed, and she immediately lied to me and said they closed early because they were short staffed. Then I told her that's completely opposite from what the guy told me. Then the manager got real snappy with me, before finally saying are you going to order on the app, to which I replied, well not anymore and then she closed the window in my face. Truthfully I really don't care that you all decided to close early, but why be rude to me as the customer? I was just trying to ask if I could only order on line, but your employee choose...
Read moreThe staff working tonight (12/3/24) were all amazing! Friendly, attentive and thorough. Especially the young man working the grill who was kind enough to grab us some extra cilantro, thank you! The cashier, however, I’m sure she’s had better days but I don’t believe that’s my problem. As a person who worked up from cashier to general manager at chipotle in 3 different states from 2015-2020, we always wanted the friendliest most customer service oriented team working in the FOH. The cashier lacked that friendliness. Mean grumpy face. She said they’re out of chips when i saw at least 20 bags in the back and she said “those are for online orders, you’d have to order it online”. I’m not sure if things changed since back when I was a chipotle worker, but with less than an hour til’ close, I’m sure she could’ve just grabbed me a bag. I did end up ordering it online, and went to pick it up from from the outside window, and from that back window I see another 2 full hotel pans of chips.. This leads me to believe the cashier is just lazy and didn’t want to walk the few steps to the back to grab the chips. Just give people the chips girl! Make the...
