I regret to say that my experience with the Commerce Club ATL over the past 18 months has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite being a member of both clubs, Buckhead and the Commerce Club, I have encountered numerous issues with their customer service and the overall quality of their offerings.

Firstly, the high turnover rate among their staff has greatly affected the level of service provided. It took a staggering three months for my member number to activate when I initially joined, causing unnecessary frustration and delay. As a golfer, I was particularly disappointed that I never had the opportunity to access the amenities and benefits that were promised to me as part of my membership. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response, which left me feeling neglected and ignored.

Furthermore, one of my organizations had to cancel an event we had planned due to the Commerce Club's failure to honor our original space booking. We were forced to hastily sign a new agreement for an alternative space, only to realize later that it did not meet our group's requirements. We promptly canceled the event more than 30 days in advance, expecting a fair resolution. However, to our dismay, the club still charged us a staggering $1639 on the day of the event cancellation. Had we known they would impose a 90% cancellation fee, we would have proceeded with the event despite the unsuitable space.

Another recurring issue that has frustrated me is the lack of vegan options during events. It is disheartening to attend numerous functions hosted by the Commerce Club only to find no consideration given to those with dietary restrictions. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction on multiple occasions, the club has consistently failed to address this issue, making me feel unwelcome and overlooked.

Moreover, despite informing the club of my decision not to renew my membership in 2023, they still charged me for the renewal, disregarding my explicit request for termination back in 2022. This lack of attention to member preferences and blatant disregard for customer requests further highlights the club's disregard for its members' needs and concerns.

I feel the club's prestige and reputation have significantly deteriorated over time, and the numerous issues I have encountered have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The customer service is lackluster from the management team when discussing my frustrations. The staff turnover was disruptive to due effective onboarding, and the failure to provide vegan options is indicative of a lack of consideration for members with dietary restrictions. I was even told that meals are not apart of the membership which I understand we pay additionally for that but if I am hosting meetings and everyone at the table can eat but the host.... I have a issue with that. I urge you to explore other membership clubs that prioritize their members' satisfaction and provide the level of service and care that one would expect from a reputable...

A Mediterranean Voyage with Scallops: The Commerce Club Delivers

Prepare to set sail on a culinary journey that combines the freshness of the Mediterranean with the artistry of The Commerce Club in Atlanta. As I ventured into this exclusive dining oasis, my taste buds yearned for something extraordinary, and boy, did they find it!

Amidst the hustle and bustle of Atlanta's thriving business district, The Commerce Club offers a serene sanctuary where one can indulge in both exquisite cuisine and breathtaking views. Nestled on the upper floors of a towering skyscraper, this dining establishment takes luxury to new heights.

Wanting something light, I opted for the Greek salad with scallops—a choice that would tantalize my senses with a symphony of flavors. At first glance, the vibrant assortment of crisp greens, juicy tomatoes, and tangy feta cheese hinted at a true Mediterranean feast. The salad itself was a work of art, perfectly balancing the diverse ingredients to create a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.

Now, let's talk about those scallops. Each succulent morsel showcased the chef's finesse, seared to perfection with a golden crust that revealed a tender, buttery interior. The scallops effortlessly complemented the salad, elevating it to new heights with their delicate sweetness.

What truly sets The Commerce Club apart, though, is its unparalleled view. As I savored each bite, my gaze was drawn to the panoramic windows, revealing Atlanta's stunning skyline in all its glory. The sun's rays bathed the cityscape, casting an enchanting glow over the urban landscape. It was as if time stood still, allowing me to appreciate the vibrant metropolis while relishing the extraordinary flavors on my plate.

The attentive and knowledgeable staff further enhanced my experience. From the moment I stepped foot inside, their warm hospitality made...

**This review is specifically for Dining in the Dark hosted by Fever at The Commerce Club.

I purchased 2 tickets as a part of birthday surprise for my partner. Overall, the experience was grossly overpriced for the amount of food weafterwards. I went home and ate a snack afterward. I think we were charged the $16 service fee before and after the event. It was a clunky experience with everyone standing in line to pay the fee after dinner when the fee could've been added to the drink checks.

People may be willing to pay more for a cool experience, but not that much more. All in all, the tickets were ~$130 per person, which includes the ticket, the fee ahead of time, the service after dinner, 1 drink, and 20% gratuity. And the bartender said I didn't park in the right deck so he couldn't validate my parking, which was not true. I parked in the parking labeled with the venue's name. I had to hit the button and be buzzed in so I was parked in the right deck. The person at the desk said, "normally I wouldn't validate parking, but I will for you." I appreciate her assistance. But should we have to pay EVEN more for the small portions of food and the souvenir blindfold??

The concept is interesting, but I can't recommend such an experience that was not seamless. I was disappointed with the...

Shout out to The Commerce Club for doing something special for my party and I to celebrate my birthday! We arrived on a night when it wasnt busy, so I really enjoyed the calm ambiance along with the talented jazz bassist. I was taken away by the spectacular night time view of the skyline and everything in between. They even provided a champagne toast in celebration of me. The server Makala was so helpful towards us. My table ordered the crab cake and brussel sprouts to start, and I ordered the steak & tasted the cod. Let me say the crème fraÎche with the crab cake was heaven! The brussel sprouts were good at first, but once you get to the bottom of the mini skillet, a new flavor is revealed: the oil condensed with flavor added a whole new meaning to the word "brussel sprouts", turning it to greatness. The steak was good, however, I preferred the cod. Overall great experience. I highly recommend.

The Commerce Club provides a perfect setting — a sophisticated and modern venue with sweeping views of the Atlanta skyline. We love bringing our photo booth rental to this dreamy as all get out city venue. The space feels both upscale and welcoming, with elegant touches that makes events feel truly elevated. Guests always rave about the atmosphere, the city lights, and of course, taking home photo strips from Robot Booth to remember it all. We love working events at Commerce Club — Keyana and her team are professional, outgoing, accommodating, and a true pleasure to work with. The layout works beautifully for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations, and our booth always looks great in their stunning event spaces. It’s easy to see why it’s a favorite for weddings, corporate events, and special nights like this one. We can’t wait for next time!
