I have been to Views multiple times, but my experience today has made me write a review. My friend and I came on a Tuesday due to the $2 lamb chops and $2 tacos from 5PM-8PM special that we saw on Instagram. The server that I had (do not recall her name but she is light skinned w/ medium length hair and highlights and on the slimmer side) came within 5 minutes of us being seated by the hostess and gave us menus and offered us water. The server never mentioned the special that was going on nor did she give us a menu with the specials on it. I told her that I wanted the chicken tacos (but I never asked her about the special) and my friend ordered the 4 count lamb chops. Food came out quick and tasted good. We also ordered a hookah which was okay and I ordered a casamigos strawberry lemon drop which tasted really good. I decided to order lamb chops and Mac N cheese. It took a little longer to come out but our server communicated that to me without me having to ask and she did ask if the food was okay. Me being curious, I asked the table next to mine if the server told them about the specials and they told me yes (they had a different server and they knew about the special beforehand, but their server made it a priority to let them know about the special). When I asked for my tab, the server TOLD me my total instead of printing out a receipt or showing me the itemized order on the hand held device (Maybe she felt like I wasn’t going to tip her because I would’ve seen the gratuity that I knew she was getting already???) and she did the exact same thing to the table in front of me. Based off the fact that she wasn’t rude and the service wasn’t terrible, I still tipped her on top of the gratuity that she was already getting. However, being that I am also a server in Atlanta and I do bottle service, this server could’ve been a lot better. You always tell customers about the current specials and you always show the customer the itemized receipt, not hold back from these things just because you think someone isn’t...
Read moreThis was the first time I came to this establishment and it is definitely my last! I came here for a birthday event. First, they acted confused with our reservation. Then, we were seated at a table and not a booth. Even though we had a reservation the booths were not reserved for people who ordered bottle service. The hostesses were just seating people wherever they could. The person who made the reservation paid a $100 deposit to reserve a section for 1 bottle of Vodka that we were later informed was not included in the $100 Friday bottle special (even though we were told twice that it was). After being there for over 2 hours we were told the bottle special ended at 11, which was never mentioned to us. We had several employees coming to talk to us and telling us conflicting information and no one actually doing anything for us regarding our bottle (one even mentioned that someone said we didnt pay the deposit). The person that the deposit was paid to told us that there was a 2 hour maximum on reservations (3 hours with bottle service), but they werent bothering anyone about. That also was not mentioned at the time off booking. One of the hostesses approached us about the time limit even though the only thing received at this point was our hookahs, but yet people the people who were there before us remained there even after we left. The pricong is ridiculous!!! They have a "$100" bottle deal on friday nights, but there is a hidden fee for $50 gratuity. They charge $40 for valet parking and $50 for a hookah. This was by far the worst experience ive had with any establishment in the U.S. P.S. Do NOT send money for a deposit, you'd be better off just walking in so you have the option to leave. The manager mentioned that the promoter should not have been taking money. I strongly suggest not even going at all. I wish we had read all the reviews they have...
Read moreI went for brunch. I saw numerous videos on TT that advertised that mimosas are free from 12-2, with a limit. Free hookah from 12-5. Saturday morning brunch karaoke. They just opened up so no wait on a table. It is really roomy inside and the music was great. (4/5)
I arrived at noon to take advantage of the free mimosas. My waitress did confirm these are free but said they were out of champagne. How are you out of champagne when you serve brunch on the weekends?? Was never able to get a mimosa before 2pm. As I was leaving, around 2, I saw others with mimosa. (0/5)
The hookah is provided by a third party company who was not there. I even waited until 2:00, and they still had not arrived. (0/5)
My drink was ok. I ordered sitting pretty no flowerbas advertised. (3/5). My friend ordered two tequila sunrises. The second was make with pineapple juice bc they were out of oj. She liked them both (4/5), but again, as an establishment, you serve brunch on the weekends, why are you out of OJ?
I order the lambchops and eggs. Saw reviews that they were very very good. They were just ok. I did like the sauce it came with and the French toast. The eggs tasted like they were the liquid eggs. (2/5)
I also ordered the Chicken and waffle. The waffle was very small but was really good. The chicken could have used a more seasoning, but I used the hot sauce and syrup it came with and that made it better. (3/5)
My waitress, Ajah, was great. Our food came out quick. Drinks were fast as well. She was very professional and apologetic for the things that were missing. (5/5)
Oh n btw, no Sat brunch karaoke. It was no big deal bc the music was great (5/5). I forgot to ask to confirm if this is actually a thing.
Parking was about a block away. No big deal. This was the heart of downtown. I paid $15 to park in the lot for 2 hrs. There was no valet parking.
Overall, I...
