This location sucks! From the rude cashiers to the pothole in the drive thru line, it sucks. It seems like the people here are always having a bad day. I understand that customer service is not always easy or fun hence why I’m only writing this review after trying this location for the third time. This location is closer to my job than the 17th St location and one day I passed by and realized it was there. I thought it would become my go to location, but no, the vibes are weird. Don’t waste your time or money at this location even if it’s convenient. There are other options on the same street. The service here sucks and the lack of traffic in the store is only due to that. It’s not because of the location where if you blink, you’ll miss or the fact that due to traffic on Howell Mill, it may not always be easy to enter and exit, or the pothole in the drive thru, it’s just because their service sucks. I’d much rather go to the location on 17th and wait in a longer line for better service. But if you aren’t loyal to a particular brand, this location is conveniently located by several other coffee options including Starbucks and Einstein Bros as well as the Waffle House, McDonald’s, and Chick-fil-A which all sale hot coffee. The McDonald’s and CFA even have iced and frozen options. (The Wendy’s and Taco Bell across the street may or may not sell breakfast, but if they do, they probably have hot coffee, too.) There’s a QuikTrip right up the street, too. Please explore all these other options before spending your money here. There are too many other options. If you like Dunkin coffee like me, order ahead on the app and just go to the 17th Street location. The lady today did not give me a receipt, so I can’t give her name. She’s lucky because I don’t think it would be nice to describe her on the Internet. I tried to call the location and talk with a manager before writing this review but the phone was never answered, even when I called back later in the day during non-peak hours. Read moreNot terrible, however definitely tons of room for improvement. Maybe I’m Spoiled because the location by my house is on Holcomb Bridge. Anyhow. My friend and I went here with her daughter. She just had surgery so we wanted something fast and good. Totally disappointed. I ordered strawberry milk for her daughter. They told me we only have chocolate or vanilla. Ok so we got chocolate milk. Our order was a bagel, two crossandwhich’s, a coffee, and OJ, and the chocolate milk. Total?? $24. Fine we paid it. However, after as I asked for the chocolate milk, they said oh we don’t have any. Seriously?? I repeated my order back to them twice. I was told we weren’t “charged for it.” Either way, I not only ordered it, but I repeated it back to them twice. So, why wouldn’t you tell me that to begin with?? Then, when I asked for the chocolate milk, the man at the drive through rolled his eyes and ask someone else to come over. Seriously??? I just wanted to have a pleasant experience. Especially after my friend had surgery. We didn’t modify or change anything. We simply ordered off the menu and were punished for it. SMH. Having worked in the food service industry and customer service, this is inexcusable and unacceptable. Period. Also, the car behind me left after us without his order. Read moreI came to this location to get a croissant with bacon on it. Nothing else. I noticed it was rung up as a croissant with all these extra items egg, cheese etc. I got to the window and asked them to correct this as I went to two different locations within the SAME week that rung it up as just a croissant and add bacon..the girl in the drive thru says they aren’t supposed to do it that way…I got this and a side of the pepper bacon and it this didn’t irritate me as much I would have just said give me a croissant no bacon and just put the side of bacon on it and it would have saved me $3/4. In the moment I was just annoyed and I didn’t want to argue but really..and the side of bacon was cold…needless to say I won’t be coming back here again. The slip on the left is what they charged me when I got no egg or cheese on my croissant. I should have just got both on it and threw it away that’s just how stupid this. The slip on the right is what I normally am charged from an earlier visit I still had the bag in the car. What’s on the left is what they charged me today.. I’d like a refund for the difference or I won’t be coming back and I won’t recommend anyone else coming here either. This location is a rip off. I wish I had just cancelled the order and went...
