My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of a disappointment from start to finish. It pains me to say it, but the experience was simply awful, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth—quite literally.
Let's start with the coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I was appalled by the sorry excuse for a brew that was served to me. It was bitter, burnt, and altogether undrinkable. I couldn't help but wonder if they had accidentally mixed up my order with a cup of motor oil.
But the coffee was just the beginning of my woes. The bagel bites I ordered were not only cold but still frozen in the center. It was as if they had been hastily thrown into the microwave for a mere five seconds before being handed to me, leaving me with a mouthful of icy disappointment.
And don't even get me started on the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Not only was it stone cold, but the flavors were completely lackluster. It was as if the bacon had been soaked in a bath of disappointment before being sandwiched between two slices of cardboard—hardly the indulgent treat I had been hoping for.
To add insult to injury, the service was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and apathetic, with not so much as a smile or a greeting to be found. It was as if I had walked into a funeral parlor rather than a place of business, and it made me question why I had even bothered to step foot in the establishment in the first place.
In conclusion, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was nothing short of a disaster. From the horrible coffee to the frozen bagel bites and lackluster service, it was a perfect storm of disappointment that left me questioning why I had even bothered to give them my business. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon, and I would caution others to proceed with caution if they value their taste buds and...
Read moreThe customer service here is so bad if I were you, I would drive further to a different Dunkin’ Donuts today I was in the drive-through trying to order a avocado toast and a Matcha and when I tell you, the male Worker was so rude and nasty. His attitude was so poor and I’m the type of person. I’m good at ignoring stuff like that and killing people with kindness till It got to the point where it was four times that I was getting backlash and nasty attitude from him over the speakerphone and I asked him like what’s with the a attitude and it got heated after that, I myself used to work in a fast food industry, and I was taught never to argue with a customer, but even in this case, it wasn’t even an argument a moment and I was getting treated so poorly like I did something wrong to him. I did nothing wrong to this man to the point where we got into a slight argument and I told him I’m not interested in the order anymore so I drove to The drive-through window because I had no choice anyways since I already was in line I asked the woman that was at the window. I said please can I have a manager she said there’s no manager in store I said that’s fine. Can I have a manager number she said I don’t know any manager number I knew right there and then she was defending that behavior and I was left to do my own research. I’m leaving this review and next I will be contacting corporate about this matter. They do not need to have people like that working there that was so bad cause I don’t have these experiences at all. I don’t argue with people. I know how to treat workers fairly and nice and I’m kind so for me to receive that type of backlash. It really had me upset if I were you I would not come to this...
Read moreWorst customer service experience ever. If there were a way to leave a review with no stars I would. I got yelled at in the drive thru because the person taking my order did not understand what I said and I corrected them. Apparently they were being trained and the trainer said I was being rude when I said ,"not sugar, Equal...the blue stuff." I've nevwr been yelled at before in a drive thru. It caught me off guard, and I responded "I can go to another Dunkin." The trainer responded "maybe you should. " Confused, I drove to the window, and apoligized for the confusion, and the trainer walked up and said, "didn't you say you were going to another Dunkin?" ... At this point I asked for the name and number of the District manager, and he walked away. The young girl at the register was petrified. I asked her if she could open the window, and when she did, I asked if someone waa bringing me the name and numbernir did I need to park? The trainer walked up and said "oh yeah, you can come in." I chose to avoid what was obviously going to be a confrontation.
When I called from my cell to speak with someone at customer service, I was asked if I knew the address and zip code of the location. Since I did not make a purchase I did not have this info, and I asked they had s way of looking it up. The service rep hung up on me. I called back, a second time, and a different seevice rep who did ask for a follow up phone number told me the same thing that without the address and zip, they could not help.
There has to be a better way. And all of this over a cup of coffee and a few...
