Estrella Rooftop — Restaurant in Atlanta

I held my 40th birthday party event on the rooftop with 50 guests. Molly and her team took care of not only me but also my parents with personal touches to help them be as comfortable as possible throughout the night. Impeccable attention to detail and very thoughtful throughout the whole process, running through things with me to make sure it was going to turn out like I’d hoped. And it did! They went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable (thanks again for the heaters!!) and enjoyed themselves. Every one of my guests was telling me the next day how much fun they’d had at this location they’d never been to before. I along with my parents are huge fans now of Molly. She is great at her job, a leader people want to follow, and a genuine person. Shout out to Mike 1 for getting the heaters last minute and making sure they were operating at full blast throughout the night. And Mike 2 for helping us carry all of the gifts and food down to the valet and chasing down our Uber driver at least 50 yds away in the freezing cold. Shout out to Izzy and Judy as well for making all guests feel welcomed and taken care of and for being so thoughtful by taking candid photos during the evening that were able to be air dropped. They are some of my favorite photos of the night. Y’all are top notch people and it’s people that make a difference. You all made the event. A big thank you for helping make the night so special....

Bartender (later learned that his name is Aaron after I asked another bartender) threatened me with security and kicking me out because "I was looking at him". This was yesterday, Oct 22; and I am repeating his words verbatim. I was speechless and astounded at the rudeness and level of his immaturity. I was just standing at the bar waiting to order and had been continuously ignored for quite awhile. Initially, I got a bartenders attention (Aaron) in a very polite manner, and was blown off/ignored multiple times. I was not pleased, so I can imagine the expression on my face showed that, as I was being treated with incredibly poor service - this is when he threatened to have me removed "because I was looking at him". he then proceeds to huff and puff while walking into the back room. When he comes back, he ignored me again and served others that had come in way after me. Cant say that I have ever experienced this level of rudeness and immaturity. I would be embarrassed if an employee with this terrible of an attitude towards customers worked for my company; and frankly the level of immaturity is almost concerning. Iwould want to be aware of this if my team treated a client/customer like...

This place is terrible. The rooftop has no servers. You have to get up and order everything you need (including food) at the bar which is super slow at taking orders and getting them ready. Way over priced $22 for a tiny plastic cup cocktail and they automatically include a 20% tip so its $28. For a $28 vodka and redbull coctail at least it can be in an actual glass and not an ice filled tiny plastic cup. I wouldn't mind the prices or even the 20% automatically added tip AT ALL if they actually had some sort of service for their customers. Imagine you are eating and you run out of drinks and you have to leave your food and go to the bar to order drinks again and wait at least 10 mins at the bar. The bar employees seem to get bothered even if you ask them simple questions regarding their menu. Their closing time on a Thursday is 10 PM. But they came to our table at 9:30 PM saying that they have to close because they were “slow” on that particular night and we hadn't even finished our food or drinks. A total disappointment! There is a ton of great restaurants and bars in the area. Stay away...
