Dag! We drove almost 4 hours to try these donuts and the customer service was horrendous! We walked up to the counter and greeted the person sitting down about 3-4 feet back away from the register. She did not reply so we proceeded to push on with our order, since she made an effort to at least stand up. I told her, "we'd like 5 donuts." She still just stood there staring at me. So I kept going and named the first 3 donuts and turned to my party of 5 to ask the remaining 2 flavors. The last 2 flavors were 2 more of the same so I told the person, "make that 3 tiramisu." And she dropped her arm and looked down at the small box she filled with 3 and said..."THEN YOU WANT 6! THAT'S 6!" All while blankly staring at me. I said, "no, just 5 in total, 3 tiramisu all together, the strawberry and orangecicle." She then rushed to get the last 2 donuts in a bag and threw them on the counter. She rung up the last 2 and walked away before we could even pay. We paid and picked up the donuts and walked away. What's sad is, the donuts were actually really good. Had it been better customer service we would have went back after polishing off the 5, to order at least a dozen more to take back home on our long car ride. But...not that with type of service. Pffff! Totally doesn't make...

Food: I went next door to unbelibubble to get a drink to go with my mochi donuts. I like Mochinut, if you have been to other Mochinuts, you should know what to expect here. We had one that I forgot the name of, strawberry funnel cake and churro. Churro and funnel cake are some of my favorites whenever I get a mochi donut. I highly recommend trying Mochi donuts at other places and then coming here also and trying this place.

Service: The person that helped me was great. She took our order and got us in/out quick without being rude. We went around the corner to enjoy the treats and sit down.

Restroom: This entire place, inside of Chattahoochee has great restrooms. They were clean and had napkins in order to get in/out of the restroom. The ones I went to, there are others elsewhere I'm sure, were an individual that were fresh and airconditioned well on a hot day.

Summary: The donuts were great. I like Mochinut, they are a staple for Mochi Donuts. I like to try smaller Mochi donut places, but this place is always great and I like knowing what I am going to be getting in...

The guy serving us was nice. Simple Glass display Featuring maybe five Or six different donuts. Easy to pick since there weren’t many times. We got the three pack which was a churro, cookie batter, and guava. The churro was the less sweet option in which I ended up preferring the most. The cake batter was the best tasting. The icing was a little sweet, but that was fine. The texture of these donuts are amazing. I love the chew they have on them, it’s perfect. I can see some others preferring a different chew for a doughnut, but I liked it. The guava was very unique and I didn’t like the taste at first . As you continue to taste, the guava got better and better, which was unique. It made me continue to try it. Because the icing can get too sweet, I ended up preferring the churro one without icing. They had a Halloween looking option and another one that had gummy worms on it probably for Halloween also. A kid would love these. I wouldn’t mind trying the churro one again on my next visit....
