Paris Bistro — Restaurant in Atlanta

First time I went to this restaurant was happy, the food is descent, the price is more than reasonable, smiling faces. However, each time I went there there were serious health issues. I m a retired chef, very familiar with health codes, regular customers will not probably notice those health issues. I noticed that She was using the same gloves every time She was serving food without replacing them, where She supposed to change them after every use. She served 2 people before me, touched the bacons and than the cheese, and potatoes. This is Xcontimination, the fat from bacon or patties goes on to the cheese when She is touching it. They covered the toaster with aluminum folio, making people to consume metals, the heath from the toaster release the metal on the aluminum folio on to the food. When I asked her to change her gloves She did not like it and told me that She would not serve me again. I was not mean or hard on her, just explained her that it was not healthy. There's nothing remotely Parisian about Paris Bistro, either on the menu or in their presentation. I can only surmise that the someone thought the name would a draw, but this establishment has none of the refinement, excitement, or style of its namesake. They didn't even bother to add a croissants to their menu, which would have been an easy win. In reality, this place is just a sandwich shop (hot and cold) that offers wraps, salads, fresh fries and onions rings, and selections of grab and go drinks and chips. There’s also a breakfast menu. The food is fine and the service is good but this places exists to offer convenience to workers, locals, and passers by. That’s perfectly acceptable but there's no reason to go out of your way...

The chicken wrap sandwich I ordered was ok, not great. However, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I came in the store and stood there without being greeted or asked did I need anything for a good 5-7 minutes. However, when a group of white males came in from the nearby office building, they were immediately greeted and asked if they needed help. The employees there simply ignored me and were going to pass over me until I said "I am next." It was very rude and obvious and they should be ashamed of themselves.
