We went here based on my girlfriend's 7 year old raving about the overwhelming YouTube videos talking about the "experience and service" and this location couldn't have been further from the truth. The location was dirty, the girl at the counter was actively rude and because she was listening to her Airpods instead of the customers, was shouting at people and ignoring orders. She barked orders at another girl behind the counter, disappeared halfway through taking 2 orders to scratch her head without gloves and got the order wrong without apology. The other girl cut her hand open cutting a donut and then bled all over the food of two customers. The man I can only assume was a manager came out from the back for a second, saw a customer complaining about getting the wrong order and went back behind the door, I assume to hide until the customer left disappointed. The table tops were littered in food and debris and the "flavored" milkshakes came out as straight vanilla without any flavors. I recommend buying a rocket pop and a Krispy Kreme and mashing them together for a more entertaining experience. Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever experienced! There were only a few people in the shop—one person with their kids in front of me and another family behind me. The family ahead of me got their order first, which is expected. But then the family behind me got their order before I did. Even a man who came in after me was served ahead of me.

All I ordered was 1 scoop of cookies and cream and 1 shake—nothing complicated. Yet I stood there watching everyone else get taken care of while I was ignored. When the woman at the counter finally gave me my scoop of ice cream, she was rude and threw it into a container way too big for a single scoop, like she couldn’t be bothered. When I asked about my shake, she didn’t even respond or attempt to fix it. It took a different employee, a man, to step in and actually make it for me.

This was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I will NEVER come back here and I will make sure everyone I know hears about how awful this place treats its customers. Management needs to take a serious look at their staff because this kind of service is...

I brought my kids here for a special treat after seeing it on social media, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While the shop is cute, it's quite small, and the overall vibe didn’t live up to the hype. We spent $41 on just half a dozen donuts and two milkshakes — definitely overpriced and overrated. Service was a major letdown. Despite there being only one family ahead of us, it took 35 minutes to receive our milkshakes, and it was clear we’d been forgotten. I asked for a refund since we hadn’t received the milkshakes yet, but was told they couldn’t process it because they “didn’t have the code.” Although the staff apologized, it didn’t make up for the wait.
