I gave this place two stars only because the french fries were some of the best I've ever had. But everything else, was sub par at best. We got chips and queso/salsa for an app and it was alright. Chips were hot but the salsa had a weird flavor which I personally didn't care for, and they put shredded cheese on top of the queso which made a hard layer on top. Again, not horrible, but just sub par and it let to a pile of broken chips. My husband got the smoked chicken sandwich. He said it had great flavor, but the chicken was terribly dry. I got the BBQ burger. Burger was undercooked, I asked for no pickles but they forgot and the entire bun was saturated in pickle juice because of it and I hate pickles. The onion rings on the burger were the only thing I really enjoyed about the burger. My husband's tea stayed empty for a while and when I signaled him through the kitchen window he just waved back at me and continued laughing and chatting with, I believe, a cook. I asked the bartender for a to go cup and he just looked annoyed and didn't say a word to me. We had a couple other bad experiences in Atlantic station today. Read moreWe're regulars here and have come almost every month the last two years after events. We got 2 Wagyu burgers. They're usually good (and not cheap), but tonight they were extremely salty. My husband and I halved the burger, and I ate mine only because I was starving even though it wasn't good. My son also complained and didn't finish his burger which is unusual. When my husband took a bite, he complained. But the bartender wouldn't believe him because my half was gone, and he accused him of complaining too late. The staff was incredibly rude and should've at least acknowledged the mistake. He said they would not refund or remake it. We were mistreated as if we were trying to get a free meal even though WE HAD ALREADY PAID. After arguing and making us feel like it was our fault for being upset over the bad meal, he finally offered to make another burger. By then it was too late. We said we didn't even want it after that mistreatment of regular customers. Not coming back! You lost extremely loyal customers for poor customer service. Please train your employees in humility - communicating with displeased customers is basic customer service 101. (RARELY ever am I this upset...
Read moreservice was absolutely terrible. no real customer service or any form of hospitality from Brittany. service was less than the bare minimum. our server spent most of our visit laughing and joking with her teammates (which isn’t an issue if we were fully taken care of). she wasn’t present when needed. we were ready to order the moment she put out drinks down, but walked away before we could even say anything nor did she ask us were we ready for appetizers or to order. then she came to check on us when we got out food (before we started eating) and disappeared again and only came back to check on us when we were about ready for the check. our food was absolutely disgusting, i cannot even put it into words. lemonade was also disgusting and extremely sweet. on top of it all there was automatic gratuity, which isn’t the issue itself, but the lack of service made it feel undeserved. i am an operations manager of a chain restaurant with an international name and would be so disappointed if my servers were providing this type of experience. the host was very nice and was working diligently from what i can see, so she was a nice part...
