I came to celebrate my birthday here. Right from the beginning everything was going wrong. Thomas (Manager) came up to us no paper or anything to write down our order, keep in mind it was a party of 9. We all said what we wanted and he left and then 10 minutes later a new Waitress came up and asked us "What would you like to drink". Right there, there was already miscommunication between management and their employees. Thomas (manager) had giving the table to Havana (Waitress) and had not come back to let us know. We had just sat there waiting for drinks to come out for 10 minutes. Then when it came to food they had messed it all up. They didn’t bring two pastas and the ENTIER TIME everyones food came out except mines and my brothers we just sat there waiting. Our waitress kid you not only went to our table 3 times the entire time (NEVER ASKED IF ANYTHING IS MISSING/OK) and when we tried to tell a lady who was helping her (HAVANA) bring food out about the missing pasta the lady RUDELY said "THATS YOUR WAITRESS PROBLEM NOT MINE" and left. Then finally when we caught Havanas attention we told her we are missing two pastas and she just looked bluntly at us and said "OH" and went to get THOMAS and to tell HIM NOT US HIM that the kitchen is closed. WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO EAT ALL TOGETHER. THOMAS was struggling to tell us "SORRY" because they knew they had messed up badly. So me being the celebrated one DIDN’T EVEN GET TO EAT. When all this could’ve been avoided if THOMAS (Manager) Would’ve stay with his table and not passed it to someone else who CLEARLY didn’t have it UNDER CONTROL. IF you can avoid this place or just train your MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES to ask and ATTEND the table HAVANA would’ve know that things were missing. and we wouldn’t have had to just sit there and not get the service we should’ve gotten. Honestly JUST SAD. DO BETTER. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT. left with not eating and THOMAS throwing me and my brother a $25 DOLLAR gift card. LIKE THAT SOLVED THE ISSUE. OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES. Havana and Thomas. BIRTHDAY DINNER...
Read moreI arrived at Atlantic Station hungry! And after walking around all the places, I ended up here. Didn't have high expectations, just thought it takes a lot to really mess up pizza!
But when I saw the menu I was like wait a minute! What to get! What to get! The split bowl with two different soups, had never seen that! The poke Bowls? The pasta?
Then my sister said, the Avocado pizza is good, I had to go back and take a second look! Left to my own decisions I would not have given it a second thought! But after quickly scanning the ingredients my tastebuds grew excited at the possibility of the intriguing combination.
But before the pizza arrived our very pleasant server plunked a plate of warm soft on the inside crunchy on the outside bread on the table! I was like yes! We fancy! Especially with the small dish filled with herb infused oil taking up center stage. Yes it was good! Very good!
Although it was at the end of lunch, and the beginning of dinner, and not much people dinning at the time, I still felt that the pizza came reasonably quickly.
Tasting time...Hal-le-lu-jah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hal--le--luuuuu-jah! Honestly my mouth hasn't been this excited eating out in a long time! Taste buds were jumping around in ecstasy! The Avocado was so smoothly incorporated in the slice I didn't even taste it! I had potato pizza in South Korea it's a menu suggestion to try as well, if you don't already have it!
I love recreating menu items at home and this one's a keeper!
Will definitely highly recommend, and will be back to try some of the other menu items!
The host was chatting with a server as we walked out which I thought was quite unprofessional. The conversation started before I came to ask directions to the restroom, and lasted during my time in the rest room, and even as I left saying thanks for having us, neither persons even heard me so engrossed were they in their conversation.
This wasn't our server she was good as gold, and very helpful, in us making...
Read moreI have been a customer of #CPK (#californiapizzakitchen)since they arrived in Atlanta many years ago and have always enjoyed their food and their service staff. I decided to go to the Atlantic Station location last night. I placed an order to go. This included 2 specialty drinks. When I received the drinks I noticed they were missing some of the ingredients. I told the server. She told me to stir it up. I did, but there was no change in the color or how the drink looked. I said it out loud a few times hoping a staff member might notice me. I was ignored. I finally had to seek out someone for help. She first tried to convince me that I received what I paid for. I insisted that I hadn't because there was no evidence of fresh srrawberries in the drink. She then brought the bartender and 1 other employee to continue the gas lighting. The bartender then admitted that she omitted the fresh berries because she had already packed them away for the night. I demanded that they fix it and they kept telling me that it was not possible. I then requested that they refund the money I paid for the drink because it was not what I paid for. I was angry at the treatment that I was getting and admittedly getting loud. Then a very large man stepped out of the back and told me he was the manager. As I was trying to speak to him, his employees kept interrupting with their 2 cents worth. I finally told one of them that I was not speaking to her. The manager then reprimanded me for talking to his staff member. I told him that he was rude and so was his staff member for interrupting me. I was treated very badly for something that could easily be resolved. I will be calling corporate compaints about this location. I'm extremely...
