I never write reviews, but the customer service here deserves one.
We have been living in Atlanta for a year and a half and have always loved their pizza, salad and shrimp Alfredo. We consistently have went to this location each time we ordered pizza. I have always found their staff to be rude, but the quality of the food always outweighed the service.
However, the customer service we received was so bad, that we have any plans on returning to this "restaurant" again.
We ordered for carry out. I should of checked my order before I walked out. While I was in the restaurant another customer was closing out their order. The manager (Kendrick or Rodrick Smith) messed up while charging the customer, voided his order and charged him again. The customer looked at their receipt and said that he was suppose to receive the "carry out special". The manager looked at the sign (as if he didn't know what was offered) and then said he would have to void the order again with an attitude.
I paid for my order and tipped $4.00. We live 5 miles away. When we got home we received Baked Spaghetti instead of Shrimp Alfredo.
I called the restaurant and was immediately placed on hold with no answer. The same female associate (early 20s, short red/orange hair -wish I would of got her name) answered the phone. I very nicely said that we got the wrong pasta. She then yelled, "Oh my God!" and placed me on hold. There was not an apology. She came back on to confirm what happened. I was placed on hold again. She came back on and told me that if I brought all my food back up to store, I could get new pasta. I explained that we were about to start a meeting and asked for it to be delivered. She got back on the phone and said, "My Manger said we need a photo of your meal to make sure and to see what you got. Take my cell phone number and text me a photo.

The female at the cashier station took my order, I wasn't sure what the special was that I had last time but I remember it was a large pizza either one or two toppings for about $8 and thirty something cents. She began to ring up the pizza order but it was the wrong Pizza it was a personal pan that she wrong up with three toppings. I clearly said large pizza when I walked in the door so you had to have known at that point that wasn't the special I was talking about not a personal pan pizza. So when the pizza came out, I told her the cashier that's not what I ordered I said large thin pizza it's a special that you are running. I accept the fact that she made a mistake or didn't understand what I was saying or did even comprehend, we're all humans were going to make mistakes so I waited for the next Pizza to come out. It was taken an extra 35 minutes for the next Pizza to come out for me so when I got up to ask about how long does it going to take because at this point is almost 4 in the morning and I had just got off work I'm a kitchen manager at the Cheesecake Factory so I understand the business very well. She got rude, then began to curse and Pace up and down the aisle behind the counter all the employees got involved trying to calm her down while I remain seated the entire time, if you have a video camera please watch it. Because this female was very disrespectful and very hostile how she spoke and acted towards a paying customer, what I should have done was ask for my money back and left but since I invested almost an hour in this establishment I waited for the pizza to come out just to be the wrong pizza again it was a large pan pizza not a Thin Crust that I ordered this time! My experience in this establishment for my second visit was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional you can ask your co-workers that worked last night on December 26th before closing about this experience the manager that did come forward to ask me what was the problem I told him once you get finished talking to her he can talk to me he never talk to me not one time that night about anyting he just stood there and looked at her rant and rave while telling her to calm down?!? I would not come back to this establishment ever again your employees can either, make your business prosper or they will destroy it. So make sure you hire qualified individuals when no supervision is required because clearly no one was in...
Read moreUpdate 10/11/17: Had I felt that I received "a very good amount of apology"...(what?), then I would have indicated that in my review. Like I said Elena and you, Lisa, seemed less than concerned and not empathetic whatsoever. Also, when you contact corporate, please let them know that COLD/HARD wings should not be on the menu at all! I don't care what kind of discounts or specials you have nor how good the food may be, I will never patronize here again due to the detestable service. I am not missing anything I can't get elsewhere!
Received the MOST disgusting service 10/3-10/4 (after midnight on the 3rd).
Placed an order for BBQ wings online to be delivered to my hubby at his job, as he was working overnight and there weren't many places open. I placed the order a little after 1am to be delivered around 1:45am. My husband calls to notify me that by 2:30am, he still did not have his food. Called the store and was put on hold for nearly 20min with no response. Called back, same chick answers (didn't catch her name), and I'm placed on hold for almost 10 more minutes.
At this point its almost 3 am---they stop delivering at 4, so I place another order online, hoping that it would just be easier for myself and them to cancel the first order vs trying to find out where in the hell it went. I again call, I'm assuming they have caller ID, because they began picking up and hanging up without saying anything. Not one to be outdone, I call repeatedly over 20 times before the "manager" Ty answers. He was very polite and explained that their system had been acting up. He assured me that he would fill the new order asap and have it delivered soon. He also advised to contact the manager the next morning to cancel first order.
Well when hubby FINALLY got his food at nearly 4am, he stated the wings were COLD, HARD, AND NOT BBQ as ordered. He brought home the entire double order and I returned it the next day. When voicing my concerns and disappointment to "Elena" the store manager, she seemed less than concerned, which explains exactly why this place has gone to s*. I used to patronize here often due to the good food and convenience to work, but after this experience, NEVERRRR EVERRRR AGAIN!!!! She should really pay attention to these reviews and get rid of those ratchet ass unprofessional, little girls she has working there....
