Arrived on a Friday night around midnight.
2 parking lots near the lounge. The closest lot right next to the lounge has paid meter parking. A customer was leaving and had TWO BOOTS on their car because they didn't pay for their parking space. $75 fee once the "boot remover" arrived. Pay that meter or else! (The lounge does have a sign warning you)
The marked valet lot is also next to the lounge and it might hold 20 cars.
I had to make 2 right turns and park in a public parking lot past the lounge. $5 for 3 hours and I paid for my space at a meter with my debit card.
The lounge:
Security check, physical pat down and ID check to get in.
No cover to get inside but I barely made it in the door because it was a 30 minute wait to get a table for 2 (around midnight). There's enough room for about 8 people in the "wait to be seated" area & that's also the exit.
You HAVE to wait to be seated unless you have someone holding you a spot at their table.
The good thing is that you can watch customers leave and estimate when you should be seated.
Seating arrangements inside are pretty close so do not come here looking for privacy like some of the other hookah lounges.
2 levels. 2 different DJs. Good music.
Music does overlap depending where you sit which was kinda irritating. Especially when they played certain songs I liked but could barely hear.
Bathrooms on both levels.
VIP area upstairs. Old school R&B and current rap mix
Bar downstairs. Rap/Trap music mix downstairs
Enclosed screened patio seating outside.
Fast service for hookah, new coals, mixed drinks and shots. Like extremely fast!
They must have a hookah warehouse because there were hookahs at almost every table and at every seat at the bar. Ice hookah, small hookah and large hookah available. Nice selection of flavors too.
4 stars because the bathroom wasn't exactly cleaned and the one on the main floor is unisex (increased wait). Lots of tissues on the floor in front of the toilet.
Also didn't like the music overlapping and extremely tight seating which makes you have to "lean in" or yell especially if you're seated on the main level.
All in all, good place to visit....
Read morePlease be advise and read my review thoroughly. If you are visiting or residing in Atlanta, do not spend your money here or even consider Siva's business. Myself and 4 other family members came here on Saturday, 8/29/2020,after dinner for some drinks and Hookah. When we arrived, they were holding the line and charging for tables, which comes with a bottle and hookah. We saw many people turning away and leaving immediately, after being inside for approximately 10 mins. After entering, it was only 1/3 full of people and again people were leaving. I paid for the table bill immediately, after being seated, which was over priced with hidden fees, plus gratuity added on the ticket ($404.77, view photo). One of my family members ordered Shots and the server informed him it would be $10 per shot, which we did 2 rounds and it was 5 of us total. Plus, someone ordered wing and fries, small platter. Shots=$100 & Food= approx $25 The ticket was brought to the table and it was for approximately $1,100 and the server, said it was $40 per shot, which he lied and the bill shouldn't still add up to $1,100. After nicely asking him to change the amount, he refused, where I went to the manager at the front door and police officer and loudly informed them of the rip off. The manager went upstairs to settle everything, but my family member had to pay $905 (view photo) to settle the ticket. As we were leaving down the stair case, another guest stated, "they just tried to rip us off with drinks we didnt order". We should have saw the signs, when people were leaving continously while we were in line and the place was more than half empty. *Please take my experience as a warning and dont think twice about this establishment, as it needs to be under investigation by the City of Atlanta and GBI of their illegal business...
Read moreWorst place I ever been in my life. I’m a celebrity chef. I went here by recommendation of a friend. As soon as we walked in (3 of us) we made them aware that 3 other friends would be there shortly after. It’s 3pm. Not packed. The door guy says that if our friends come and sit with us we have to buy a bottle ! At 3pm! Lol. The. If they do come and sit seperate we are not able to talk to them..engage.. sit close to or walk to their table and speak. We must stay at our table … basically like we are kids on punishment. Then a forth friend came and sat at our other friends table then walked over to our table and sat. The waitress came over and let him know that his drink was at the other table and she can’t bring it to our table where he’s currently sitting because that’s the rules. I walked over and got his drink and brought it over . The manager proceeded to get the security and an officer and stated our party had to go.. me specifically because I don’t want to be I guess his child and follow these insane rules. Oh… back up. When our friends came in he told them that the tables where we were sitting were all bottle tables and there was no table for them because they knew us. Yet. Shortly after three men came and sat at a table and when I inquired as to if they were buying a bottle they said no. Definitely a place that is very bias yet wants OUR business. The manager was very rude and out of line….. he treats the customers as if whatever happened prior will happen everytime someone comes in…. At 3 pm lol. Worst service ever.. oh and if ur bill is over $100 u have to pay the expected gratuity even if the lamb sucked and the waiter ruined ur entire order. Yup. Hated the entire experience ! See...
