“BEWARE “ BEWARE “ BEWARE “ After searching for hair salon’s I came across Grow and decided to give it a try. Well that would prove to be a Very bad decision. When I first started doing business with this salon Devyn was my stylist she prove she could careless about my hair when she threw bleach over all of my hair(that already had highlights that she did) she prove to me she was inpatient and didn’t want to take the time to get my hair blonde she just wanted to rush it and not following proper protocol. That led to my hair breaking off in some places and she acted like she didn’t notice but I know she did because I did. If that wasn’t bad enough I had a follow up appointment a few weeks later to correct some spots and make my hair fully blonde. Well to my surprise after driving over a hour in Friday traffic they told me they forgot to put me on the books I was upset of course I came all the way and wanted my hair done. So Jordan said the owner heather lived 15 minutes away and would come do my hair. Well heather obviously didn’t want to do it going from offering 50% to a free hairstyle but I didn’t want any of that I wanted my hair done. She said ok she would be there in 30 minutes I waited 2 hours for her to come in and actually have a Attitude with me stating she had her kids and had to find childcare for them . I still paid full price and tipped but of course I guess I left a bad taste in her mouth because after that I ordered hair from them which she dramatically up charged me in paying $1300 for 22 inch Bella hair which they actually sell for $767 but I thought it’s ok it’s her job right ?! So I over looked it but when Jordan started doing my hair she quoted me one price but after the situation with heather the price she quoted me went form $350 for Everything to $550 when I asked Jordan about this she said heather raised her prices !!! You would think a stylist would tell you this before the service not after surprising me with a extreme increase and taking advantage of me because they can. Jordan didn’t even have the common courtesy to style my hair at the end of my hair install like I asked, she was behind because she schedule a consult during my install. Funny when she was doing the consult the lady wanted the exact same thing I was getting but quoted her a price hundreds of dollars less?! So Jordan fell behind on my Hair install and her other client was waiting but she refused to give me the curls I asked for because she doubled booked!! I still tipped her $50 which I shouldn’t have seeing she could careless about giving me the time I actually paid for. You are NOT better than ANYBODY we all bleed red and to actually treat me like you guys did showed me what you really stand for and it’s so far from pretty. This is Not the Way to conduct proper business and NO good will come back to you from treating me and others like this. Talking junk about your clients hair falling out and laughing shows just how Low you are mentally when woman actually come to you in there time of weakness for a change to feel better it just shows me a lot and I will NEVER return to...
