My friend told me about this place so had to try. So i Drove from alpharetta to pick up my order btw this was my first time ordering from here. When I got there it was packed and very busy I finally reached the cashier and gave her my order number, and so she gave me a bag with my good in it . I took the bag and drove home to find out that I got another persons order instead of mine . So by the time I was back home in Alpharetta I was not gonna drive another 45 min to go down there and correcting the order or even call them bc I k how busy they where. Two days later I ordered again from talking tacos and so I jumped on my motorcycle and head ed to the resturant to pick up my order . This was at 2 am right when the resturant would close for the day and I go up to a employee and asked if they had my order for pick up?? The gentleman i was speaking to was very caring kind and inviting( wearing glasses)&(hat) he was very patient and wanted to find my order and after a few minutes I found out that apparently when I ordered i didn't finalize the order and had just put my payment info without getting a confirmation.they apologized to me even tho this was all my fault. I was hungry and excited about getting the food I have now ordered two times for and yet actually enjoy. So I turned and went out to my bike as I was leaving the same gentleman came out side with a bag and gave me the bag and said to me "im sorry for the experiences you have had with us and I know this isn't what you order but here are 3 tacos and etc ... e also mentioned that he appreciated me for not beimg upset or loud about these situations ive had so far . I was shocked happy and heart felt. Sometimes a kind gesture can really make a difference in our hearts. Thank you to the great man who helped me and for the entire resturant for being so kind and helpful bc theses people really enjoy serving the public to the highest standard so next time u have a situation always be patient listen and be thoughtful of everyone. Thank you talking taco for a night I won't...

I know what you're thinking...yes those are authentic leather gucci seats from a limited edition Fiat 500 Gucci! But let's jump into this food. This place is popping and has great potential but no matter when I go for take-out, I can't seem to get fresh food and something's always missing from my order. This place popped up on my ig timeline and the videos motivated me to try it out. I get there, and it was a great vibe. The line was long for ordering at the kiosk but the food came out pretty quick. But what a bummer, food was luke warm, birria Ramen noodles were so soggy they were too soft and mushy. The birria tacos were soft and cold instead of hot and cripsy. The grilled cheese birria sandwich was cold and cheese dried up like it was pre-made and the guacamole was browning with my chips. Fries were old, and drinks were ok. Well that was on a Friday night and things were crazy....so I decided to give the place another try during the day on a random Tuesday for lunch....no lines, no waiting. I ordered the guacamole and chips again and birria grilled cheese w/ fries. They forgot my tomato soup as you can see in the picture and the food was just the same..... old, except the guacamole was really fresh and homemade. Anyway, if you can get fresh food you will be happy, portion sizes are good. I might try a dine-in order to see if food is served fresh. I want to like this place so bad but I had to hit them with the 3 stars until they tighten up. I did request fresh food on my order both times but still "no Bueno". With the prices they charge, this stuff should be right off the grill each order.

Update: I received a response from owner who requested I reply via email. The email provided on my review as well as others, does not work. Anees Q. Wasas, please provide a valid email...

I wanted to try this place a second time before I gave a thorough review.

Pros:

  1. food is great! Would recommend the steak Al pastor tacos, Birria burrito, and birria ramen.
  2. I liked the texture of the chips although they were not salted. Tasted pretty good.

Cons:

  1. Slow service during lunch time and night. During lunch it wasn’t packed at all. I ordered from the kiosk to go. I received a text that my food would be ready in 7 mins. Actual time was 15 min. When I ordered online at 8:55pm I was able to schedule pickup at 9:15pm. Arrived to a packed restaurant. No biggie for me since I ordered in advance right? Wrong. Unfortunately my food was not ready until around 9:40pm. Literally I seen trays on trays of food coming out but mine was not ready. I had to ask the staff multiple times regarding the status of my order.
  2. the birria meat is really really good however the birria pizza should be called a calzone not a pizza! I’m a cheese lover but this dish by far had way too much cheese even for folks with cheese galore. The flavor was there but unfortunately it was Too greasy and yes you need a stack of paper towels even wipes near or you will make a mess. I wanted to love it but couldn’t because of all the grease and cheese.
  3. the lemonade was not worth the price. The yellow one was gone(I assume it was pineapple or mango. Hate that I couldn’t try it. The strawberry was okay (not impressive at all) and the blue one was 👎🏽

Overall I would come back to this place! The food is great and enjoyable. Just note that your food will not be ready in the time estimated! I think that they should be realistic and change the estimated ready times. It’s not accurate AT ALL. So please order well in advance if you are impatient or in a...

Food was a hit or miss, but they need to work on their service. We ordered birria tacos, birria ramen and street corn. The corn definitely needed more flavor (crushed takis) but it was ok, birria tacos were good too. However, the ramen came in a giant styrofoam container and it was just soup and noodles. We were expecting it to be served in a bowl but the giant styrofoam cup was so off-putting. Taste wise it was just like soup with some ramen noddles thrown in, not worth trying at all. As far as service, it took them almost 40 mins to get our order right. We ordered at the kiosk and they assumed that all our food came out at once. I had to send my son up a couple of times to ask them where’s the rest of our order at which point someone came up and asked me to pull up the receipt so they could double check my order. It felt like a weird back-and-forth and made the whole process way longer. They also have a system where they call out your name for the order and we were repeatedly offered other people’s food, after a while it got annoying. I think they should call out numbers instead of names because the staff was clearly struggling with the process. Overall I was super excited to try this spot because it was great in Miami. The atmosphere is nice with good vibes but the food doesn’t meet up to expectations, especially when you consider the cost. Slow and confusing customer service leaves you with a negative experience.
