If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited awhile to write this review because ho traumatized I am from this accident and experience. I wanted to wait until I received my funds to write this because I didnt want to be mishandled anymore. Me and my partner were driving in my brand new Mercedes and at a stop waiting in traffic to get off the exit,when a 18 wheeler hit our car and about 4-5 others. The 18 wheeler did not stop. We reached out to see if there was proper investigation and we were told the company of he 18 wheeler couldnt be found. Which is crazy because there were cameras on the highway. This office was very rude to us. The only time the attorney was polite was when we first talked. After that we didnt her from him for months , we didnt even know which attorney was ours. Imedla was very nice and im sorry she has to work in an enviorment like this. The other office staff were very rude. Once we finally got the actually attorneys name assigned to us, we tried speaking with him and he was either out of the office or when we finally got him on the line he was at a sport game , family function or vacation or sick. He literally said to us I cant speak to you right now I am on vacation and hung up in our faces. His paper work says contact him at anytime. Craig Silvermen was so rude to us we had to record our conversations. We were so depressed and drained from this experience we just stop calling. Finally we received an offer amount of $1200 some dollars, really?! We had minor injuries and my fiance had a broken finger but my car damages took 7 months and $20k plus in damages. Thats 7 months of car payments , without my car that we use for our business. Which caused our business to lose venue. Good people in need of attorney help please RUNNNNN!!! And RUN FAST! Absolutely do not recommend. Will argue with you and hang the phone in your face. He thinks you work for him instead of him working for you. Not willing to fight for you. Gives up easily and should retire. Lazy and unmotivated in my opinion. Bad arrogant attitude. Many other attorneys out here that won’t make you feel like a criminal and yell at you like you’re a child. Told me I could be arrested for recording evidence at the scene of my accident. Trust me you can find better. I had to fight for my rights since the other party that rear ended me lied and said it was my fault. He wasn’t willing to fight at all and I found a new attorney! Also no communication throughout the case and will likely have this review deleted like my other 2 but I will keep reposting my reviews forever.

UPDATE: Michael Rosenbloum AKA “BIG AL” states that my review is fake. This is his way to avoid responsibility of his actions. My review is far from fake and you most certainly did tell me that recording the other party admitting fault without her consent could possibly even have me criminally charged. Why would I make this up? My new attorneys sent you your drop letter and my new attorney used this very same evidence that you declined to help arbitration find the other party at fault and helped me secure what I deserved. You were not willing to fight for what was right and defend me. You made me feel as if I had done something wrong after my daughter and I were rear ended then you yelled at me and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I hate that I wasted my time with this firm, everytime I contacted them to speak to my attorney they would refer me to my case worker who was either always on lunch or wasnt in the office. For a whole week i never actually spoke on the phone to the case manager or attorney despite me calling several times. And when the case manager would reach out it would be threw email only. Never would she call back to speak with me . They sent me to a chiropractor and after my third visit the chiropractor needed the attorney approval to send me to get a MRI that was recommended they emailed again instead of speaking with me to let me know that the approval was given and that i would be scheduled to get a MRI by the doctor at the chiropractors office the next day the doctor was still stating that they needed approval for my MRI I told them that my attorneys office emailed me and said they have their approval it was all lies they never gave and was taking their time doing it, They lied to me and said they sent paperwork over to the at faults insurance company letting them know i was being represented by them. Upon calling that insurance company they stated they never received a letter or email stating that. I would not recommend this form to anyone, they lie to you, you can never speak to anyone besides the person that answers the phone, they do not keep u informed on whats going on with your case. After only having them for a week I had to fire them and go to a law firm that i am actually able to speak to my attorney and who keeps me informed of whats going on .
