Old Navy — Local services in Atlanta

The best part of my trip was Bean the sales associate. My job is in healthcare and I noticed she was wearing a mask. I just asked if she would prefer if I also used mine because I'd be happy to if it would make her more comfortable. She commented that she wears hers because she doesn't want to take anything home to her roommate. I don't know, I just thought that was really considerate. Back to the store. The store was well divided into sections but it seemed like the inventory was a little low. I may have caught them on an off day. I was able to find several items but not anything I actually entered the store to find. Small things seemed out of place. It made sense when I got to the register and was met by Bean again. She was still very nice but then I realized they were working short. Even though she was obviously doing multiple tasks, Bean was pleasant and courteous. Given the staffing issue, the store was what it was. Of course I'm going back. I found a swimsuit for $23 and it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart as soon as it touches water. The cashier be stealing, he notice that I had kids in the store wit me that was agitated and was ready to go, so the cashier ask me did I want to apply for an old navy card which I did and was approved so instead of him tellin me they was goin to charge my card he took my cash and the card was also charged, of course I didn't notice until I received a statement in the mail. I call the store no cameras work by the register which is totally bad, so now Im stuck wit a balance on my card that I already paid so now I have to pay double for things I only got once. But I believe and have faith that this cashier will get theirs way worst. He seen I had kids and took advantage of that and that's sad a person would take from someone they see with kids! I went inside the store to make a purchase for my family! Proceeds to check out the cashier felt a need to be very rude and aggressive! And told me since the purchase was over 500$ she has to call and get authorization. She proceeds to call the number on the back of my card I asked for my card back because I'm not going to give her my personal information like last four of my social. I called and made a report with customer relations. I also called this morning to speak to the manager about the situation and come to find out she was the manager (yes the rude aggressive Caucasian woman Angie) she definitely racial profiled me.
