Carluccio's Pizza — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Absolute worst place to EAT in Ballys ( and all of AC ) Went there late night in Mid August and ordered 2 slices and a Jamaican beef patty. There was definately something wrong with the beef patty as 2 hrs later I was violently sick with food poisoning. Funny I went there there 2 days later the morning of checkout and complained with the women who works there she refused to take blame for anything and said maybe it was food I ate somewhere else that made me sick. I said NO it was your beef patty she then said I eat them all the time and I never get sick. Told me she would contact the owner / manager at the other NJ location and I would hear back from them but here we are a month later and I have heard nothing and I am sure unless I call to follow up I probably never will. I also spoke to a front desk manager at ( of Ballys ) and told him what happen and Ballys said they rent the spot from us there is NOTHING we can do. That's nonsense ... if your guests to your hotel / casino are getting sick eating there then there is surely something you can do about it. I got sick Weds Night at 2am and was sick in bed all day thursday violently vomiting the entire day thursday which ruined our stay as me and my friend spent the entire day with me sick in the hotel room. Needless to say I will be following up with MANAGEMENT for both this...

This ws 1 of my favorite pizza places n AC. I made a special trip 2 come here & attempted to get my usual a slice of cheese, a slice of white & a bottled pepsi.. Instead i ws greeted with the rudest service by a girl named Heather. Why i don't know, maybe a bad day but either way its uncalled for to treat a loyal customer so badly. I asked for the manager & she said tht she was the manager. So obviously i left empty handed with no pizza,& gave my business elsewhere😞.. Guess i have to find a new place. I've never seen Heather there before so maybe she is new but with her attitude, i don't see her working there for very long so maybe I'll try back in a few months.. I also just want to mention the other employess are very professional.. &also this is my 1st bad review EVER, I'm not 1 to complain even if service isn't up to par but if i can save sum1 from having such a bad experience then it's worth...

After warming my slice & placing it on the plate, it fell onto the counter face down while on the plate and the worker used his spatula to place it back on the plate and serve to me. I refused it & asked for a different slice. His co-worker said, "The counter was just cleaned". I still refused & told him that is nasty and questioned him about serving food that fell on the counter. My friend even stepped in to state how unsanitary that is and requested a different slice for me. I was given a different slice but then I threw it away because I was so disgusted with their actions, it made me question everything they do. Since they did that in public, then what have they done with the food in private. My business partners, family, friends, church and civic organizations have all now been put on high alert and none of us will ever eat there. They just lost all of our of business for all of our...
