Chef King — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Ordered food from this place via Uber Eats as it was the first option to appear under the “Chinese Food” section. We placed our order and paid through the app. When we went to pick up the food, the workers and owner insisted that they were cash only and that they didn’t have our order. After showing the employees MULTIPLE pictures of our receipt/order/order number, and confirming the address of the restaurant, they were EXTREMELY rude and revealed that they had our food all along. I’m not sure why they gave us such a hard time with giving us the food that we PAID FOR. I’m not sure if they were unaware that they are connected to Uber Eats, but their disrespect and attitude was uncalled for. We will definitely not be eating there again, and will continue to warn others of their lack of professionalism...

We ordered via uber eats. Honestly the best chinese I've had in the EHT-AC area since I moved to the area last year. we got two combo. plates and the portions were HUGE! Beef with broccoli was super tender and wasn't bland compared to other restaurants! super picky with egg rolls, and this place by far has the best egg rolls Ive had in a long time. only complaint is the cheese wontons didnt have any filling so it tasted like i was eating straight fried wonton wrappers. One of the rudest workers I ever encountered. I didn't know the restaurant was cash only. I step in the door and hear the customer at the counter say I'll get cash and come right back. I say to myself aloud. It's cash only? The guy in the window snaps his fingers at me and taps the sign, which says cash only. I find out the order was paid for online.
