Formica Freitag Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Atlantic City

I stopped in this little unassuming bakery this morning and was blown away with the selection and quality of the baked goods and the friendliness of the staff. Wasn't sure what I wanted so the woman helping me suggested a few items. I got a raspberry white chocolate bread pudding, chocolate biscotti, and iced coffee. Everything was super affordable. The coffee was masterfully prepared, the biscotti was delicious and firm but not so hard you felt like you would break your teeth, and the bread pudding was delicious and had various textures other than soggy (a common issue!). Came here to buy cookies for a friend. Was shocked by how affordable everything was. I asked about a specific type of cookie and the girl behind the counter mentioned how "this is the only cookie that we bake here." Out of a ton of different ones, only one was baked there.
