Dunkin' — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Filled with the most incompetent slow workers I’ve ever seen. My partner and I literally make bets before we order saying “I wonder what they mess up this time” because it’s a constant recurrence. They move in 0.5 speed no matter how busy it is and somehow mobile orders come out slower than the people who order in line right then and there.The drinks are subpar I guarantee they ignore the add ins people say they want in it. My partner ordered an ice caramel latte before and received just milk… milk.. especially today when I was running late to work and placed a mobile order 20 minutes beforehand and they somehow still manage to get it wrong and give me two completely different sandwiches that I didn’t order, not even sandwiches, it was two plain bagels.. and I paid $20..They will gladly smile in your face while giving you the wrong food, or with something missing. I put my laundry in a laundry mat near by and decided to take a walk for a drink and a snack. With it being so hot out today, I decided to go to 7-11 near by for an Icee. Got my drink and left the store but nobody even acknowledged my existence in the store and of course I commented about this as I walked out of the store. So I walked over to Dunkin donuts for a 🍩. I walked in and I was immediately greeted by Juan. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in! 7-11 needs to go take notes from this guy. He's a fine example of customer service. He even went above and beyond after I told him about my bad experience in 7-11. I hope the manager of this store appreciates this fine employee! Terrible experience overall. Staff wont serve you unless you get their attention, They are pre-occupied with their own conversations and people watching.

Location was filthy. Kitchen did not look clean at all.

We ordered 2 coffees, morning wrap, croissant and hashbrowns. They gave us our coffee and proceeded having their conversations. After about 15 mins we realized that no-one was making our order (despite the location being not busy). We kindly asked about the food, and the manager came out of the back to make the food while the other workers just sat at cash (serving no one) Watching him make it. Uncomfortable/awkward experience overall.

You’d be better off going to WaWas or another gas station for coffee and snacks.
