If I could give this place 100/10, I absolutely would! My boyfriend and I spent a long weekend in AC and decided to have dinner here, best choice we could’ve made. Our server, Richie, was incredibly helpful, fun, and knowledgeable. We started with a couple of apps, and let me tell you, the Ahi tuna tacos are an absolute must. They were phenomenal! I had the filet, which was cooked perfectly, and my boyfriend ordered the lamb chops, which he swears were the best he’s ever had at any restaurant.

There was a small mix-up with our order, but it truly didn’t bother us, yet Richie went above and beyond by surprising us with the most delicious chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted. Seriously, hands down the best cake of my life. Between the service, food, and overall atmosphere, it was worth every penny (and the prices were surprisingly reasonable!).

The very next night, we came back for more, this time for a lighter, small-bites dinner during happy hour. Our server Rocky was just as amazing, making us feel right at home. Richie spotted us and yet again we were treated to that incredible chocolate cake for dessert.

We were at the park place prime on a Wednesday night. Because it was my wife's birthday being we were celebrating in Atlantic city. The hotel stay was amazing. Very clean rooms. Our encounter with the restaurant wasn't pleasing. The bartender was great and friendly but the manager that night was very unprofessional and rude. We were sitting at the bar watching the basketball game, eating our appetizers waiting on our meal. Then out of no ware the manager turned off the TV. While we were watching, so I responded to him and let him know that we were watching the game. His responded was he didn't want any more customers. My question was what about us that are sitting here waiting for our food to come. As I looked at my wife and the reason why we were here just to celebrate her. So I told her that we were leaving. Then I canceled our order. I have been seeking to get a response from corporate office concerning the matter with no response at all. All I keep getting is the run around saying someone will contact me. This has been over a week ago and still no response. I will not stop until this situation is resolved. I love leaving reviews like this… my husband and I go to AC a few times a year as we’re from Long Island and love that it’s a short drive away for the weekend. With lots of places to go to in and out of the casinos not all are good or worth your time and money. I am happy to say Park Place is not only beautiful and has a laid back chill vibe but their food is stellar. The service is even more out of this world. We were lucky that the first time we ate there last year, we had Richie as our server. Now when we go back we always ask for him. He’s friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu/ and town, makes you feel seen and taken care of.
