First time here. Service was fantastic. The waitress was hospitable and friendly. I thought we would be playing actual golf but it turns out everything is virtual which was sad. The food was not good with the exception of the burger. They did not have 5 of 6 craft beers on the menu. We decided to start off with an appetizer of nachos with salsa and more but it was disappointing. They must use a cheese whiz because the cheese was disgusting and they had no salsa and avocados on the nachos as advertised. My wife had the buffalo chicken fingers and they were okay. Breading could have been more crispier but portion size was good. My burger with bacon and onion rings was the highlight. Fresh meat with a brioche bun. The onion rings were nothing to write home about and were probably the frozen ones and then reheated. I would return here only because the prices are reasonable compared to the other choices inside the hotel but would only order the burger again. The view is spectacular from the windows were you are seated.

My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary to eat and then play golf. The atmosphere was great. It was very nice inside. The service was slow as we waited close to 30 minutes for our meal on a day that wasn't busy. However, the waitress was very attentive and sweet. Unfortunately the food was not good at all. My husband got a cheese steak with fries. There was way more bread than steak and the fries tasted old. I ordered a 30 dollar seafood boil. The middle of the bowl was extremely hot but everything on the outside was barely warm. The lobster was kind of chewy and the mussels were very dirty I actually had to spit it out. The shrimp tasted good. I did make a comment to the waitress and she said the cook wanted to see what I was talking about. She took my plate and came back with the food wrapped up and said nothing. We were a little upset about the food so we decided to skip playing golf and took a walk through the casino.

I actually don’t know how this place is still in business. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a top golf. I hope the others aren’t like this one. Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to seat us and then another 20 minutes to even order our drinks. This just ate into our time playing because we didn’t even get our food until we had 10 minutes left in our hour. I had to start looking around for the server and found her chatting it up at the bar. She just looked over and asked if I was ready to order. It was dead in there. Tons of staff and they had no care in the world for the guests. Also, no personality at all. The food was horrible. My burger was a hockey puck. The wings were dry. Sliders were dry. Nachos were disgusting. Oh and on top of all that the touch screen for the games was broken. I spent $300 and regret every penny.

The TopGolf in Oceans very much exceeded expectations!

My fiancé booked 2 hrs of a private bay for us to celebrate our engagement. It was our first time visiting a TopGolf, whether it be their simulation bays or the full size ones. Our waiter was Brian, and he made the experience special. Out of 3 places that we had reservations for and had marked off special occasion of 'engagement' this place was the only one to acknowledge it. Brian brought out 2 glasses of complimentary champagne for our engagement and congratulated us both. The manager, Marco, also came over and congratulated us as well and talked to us for a little bit about it.

We ordered some appetizers to snack on while playing different games in the bay. We had to ask Brian & Marco about the food though because it got to an hour and still nothing. They got it figured out and performed recovery, which went above and beyond what would be expected to me.

The simulation bays have a wide assortment of games! You can play a few different types of golf games, from playing actual courses, to the top golf style game. You also have baseball, hockey, soccer, football, and zombie dodgeball. We tried a decent assortment of them and enjoyed them all. At $60/hr for a private bay i say its well worth the money. While it was just 2 of us, you can have up to 8 ppl in a bay.

It was pretty open in there, with plenty of seating and a nice bar area. Staff were around to help with questions about the games.

It was a very enjoyable experience and I have to thank Marco and Brian for helping make it such an experience. We will...

Really disappointed. Thought it was going to be a fun place to have a meal and it turned into the longest wait for everything! Yes, were seated as soon as we walked in but it took 15 minutes before our server appeared to greet us and ask us about drinks. We ordered our drinks and dinner as soon as she arrived and was informed we should order an appetizer because our meal was going to take a while. We ordered the special for that night and french fries as an appetizer. It took 30 mins to have our appetizer brought out, and 1 hour 15 minutes for dinner to arrive. The portions were sad, and so was the service. Never asked if we needed drink refills, never checked in on us to see if things were ok. She actually gave our meal to a table that arrived 20 mins after us and when asked about it she said "oops sorry". The restaurant wasn't even half full so why service was so slow we couldn't understand. The dinner special was also disappointing. The crab boil came out in a bowl of water. I had 2 potatoes, 2 small pieces of crab, 3 crawfish, a piece of sausage that was half an inch long, a few muscles and clams that were not cleaned so every bit was sand in my teeth, and the corn was outside the bowl in the tray all dried up. No condiments were out or offered, no melted butter for the crab or corn, no salt or pepper, and you couldn't find a server to ask for anything. Was the most pathetic crab boil I've ever seen. Not sure we'll be returning, which is unfortunate because it looked like it could have been fun. Just turned into an overpriced dinner with horrible service and...

We reserved a bay for an hour. Five minutes after setting everything up, our sensors began to malfunction. The balls we were throwing were not registering on the screen. Our waitress came and reset the device, set everything up again, and reset our clock to an hour. Ten minutes later, the sensors malfunction again. No one was around, so my wife went to the front desk. She was told the manager would be right over. He didn't show up for another 15 minutes. They end up moving us to another bay. They have to move all of our food and drinks and set all the players up again. I notice when the waitress reset the timer, she set it to 30 minutes. I questioned why 30 minutes, we only had about 15 minutes total tops to play. She said that's what the manager said. Thankfully she knew that was not right at all. Before I could even start flipping out, she added another 15 minutes to it. Even that was just fair, and did not account for the frustration and inconvenience we went through. This manager just left a bad taste in my mouth. He never once addressed anything with us vocally. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. So whoever the manager was on Sunday evening 9/24/23, he might need some customer service workshops on how to deal with customers properly. Will not...
