Came in tonight for the first time and it was awful. Our fries were SO salty. We politely asked for a new batch because I am pregnant and just couldn’t handle all that salt without gagging. Then we open our burgers and literally not a single topping we added was on the burgers. How hard is it to add a few toppings to a burger? They literally serve 3 items on the entire menu. I noticed mine was missing a a few so I simply just asked for it on the side. My husbands burger however, literally had only the cheese, bacon, patty, and bun. Not even a sauce or topping. I was irritated at this point cause my husband never complains about his food or asks for it to be remade. I asked them to remake the whole thing and of course their attitude changed. I assume Sean M? was maybe the shift manager cause he was wearing black. And he talked and mocked my husband when he grabbed his remade burger after 10 mins of waiting (with no customers mind you) as soon as he turned his back. The audacity he has. And then the guy with the neck tattoo- don’t know his name- kept staring us down the entire night like we were in the wrong after paying over $30 for terrible service AND WE TIPPED THEM. Our friend was with us and it was his first time trying the chain and we felt awful. His burger was plain as well and his fries were so salty. He wouldn’t let us tell them to remake anything because we felt too embarrassed. He paid $28 for a meal that he basically threw away AND HE TIPPED 20% to these terrible people. If you hate your job, quit. There’s far deserving people that could a better job. Disgusting service. Even worse food. Go...
Read moreA sub-par meal. 2 orders of bacon burgers with regular fries and 2 chocolate shakes; almost $60. I mean, they better taste good for that cost. I can see that the prices have gone up since the menu picture from 3yrs ago.
Shakes had to be doctored at home with extra milk, they tasted of too much chocolate powder. The burgers may add well have been Burger King burgers for the taste. The bacon is precooked, sitting in a basket with papertowels placed between for correct order amount, but just sitting there; not fresh cooked and room temp. Both were only half finished. The fries were the only thing that tasted good, while they were hot that is.
The customer service though, was good. They were friendly and helpful. They kept wiping things down after each set of meals they made, so good on that.
On a Saturday at 4:30pm, the place only had 3 current customers including myself. They stated that they were kind of hidden away from the mall, hence this is not the busiest location.... I think it's more than location.
Parking can easily become chaotic, as the parking area is shared between multiple shops and an apartment building.
I would like to say, I've had Five Guys before. This was so not up to standard. Probably why they have so few customers.
Because of this visit, Five Guys been put on our list of Not To Eat Again. If you want Five Guys, I would not recommend...

Their made-to-order burgers are customizable with a wide range of toppings, ensuring each bite is tailored to your taste. The juicy patties are cooked to perfection, nestled between soft, toasted buns. But the real star of the show might just be their fries. The portion sizes are incredibly generous, making it perfect for sharing (or indulging in a solo feast!).
