The first cashier after ringing me up said “whew I’m tired I can’t wait to go on break sh*t” (yes she cursed) Then she proceeds to prance around with her finger in her mouth and then makes someone’s shake and bags up nuggets with out washing her hands or wearing gloves. The second cashier is drinking from a cup and handing it over the counter to her child while bringing out food for the family that I’m sure she didn’t pay for. Her attitude was disgusting and her customer service rating would be a -10. Filthy - from the 10 inches of dust on the ceiling to the mop bucket in the main lobby where people eat. Read moreThe manager is a coupon nazi. Me and my girlfriend have two separate apps. She orders and I order. We go Dutch. The manager let me use my coupon code 5.99 for burger and large fries. He refused to let me make a new order and take care of my girlfriend’s order.
Straight refused, said that it’s one coupon per ride. What rule is that??? We pay separately, if I had done it online it would have went through and I could have picked it up. The guy said if I didn’t like it I could leave. Plus it’s not like I was abusing it, it was a 5.99 for a burger and fries. How is the store losing money? That’s crazy work

My friend ordered breakfast here and after a short time was literally hovered over the toilet trying to not puke and was having terrible pain in her stomach. I have not seen someone that sick from food in years and it is very upsetting there seems to be no quality control over the food. To add insult to injury the woman that works the Morning shift needs a major attitude adjustment.
