If you're already a fan of doner, then you're in for a treat! I recently stumbled upon the Beef and Chicken Doner at this food truck, and let me tell you—it was a game-changer! 🚚✨

Right as I approached the truck, the mouthwatering aroma filled the air, teasing my taste buds and enticing my senses. The menu was simple yet enticing, with juicy beef and succulent chicken doners both on display. After chatting with the friendly owner—who was happy to explain the different toppings and sauces—I opted for the beef doner, and man, was that a fantastic choice!

The beef was perfectly seasoned, marinated with flavors I still can’t put my finger on. Tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection, every bite was a flavor explosion! Sliced fresh right in front of me, it was heaping with vibrant veggies and drizzled with their signature garlic sauce. And let's not forget the warm, fluffy pita it came wrapped in; it was the ideal accompaniment that softened every savory bite.

But the surprise didn’t end there. As I continued devouring my meal, I reached for some chicken doner that my friend had ordered (on his recommendation of course), and I have to say, it completely stood its ground! Tender chicken seasoned just right with hints of spice—it's a whole different kind of magic that you shouldn’t miss.

Aside from the delicious offerings, the service was absolutely stellar! The staff were warm and genuinely passionate about what they were serving, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

To top it off, they have a cute little seating area nearby where you can munch on your doners while soaking up the outdoor vibe. If you're in the mood for a delightful, hearty meal that's both satisfying and affordable, this food truck is where you need to be!

In short: if you're hunting for beef and chicken doners that will knock you off your feet, don’t look any further! I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! Kudos to the team at the Big Chef Halal Food Truck for putting some serious joy on a...

A solid late-night spot for Turkish kebabs and wraps! Eye-catching neon signs make this food truck easy to spot, and the menu board is well-lit and clearly organized with a good variety of options.

The beef kebab wrap (~$12) comes with perfectly grilled meat - juicy and pink in the middle while still having a nice char on the outside. The portion size is generous, though sometimes the meat can be slightly overdone. The wrap itself is fresh and warm.

The menu offers a good range of options including Turkish doner, iskender kebab, and falafel wraps. Prices are reasonable for the portions (most items $12-17). The food truck is well-maintained and clean, with professional setup and lighting.

Pro tips: The Big Chef Mix is great for trying different items Ask for extra garlic sauce if you like it Popular late-night spot, so expect a short wait Turkish Adana Kebab is one of their specialties Halal certified for those seeking halal options

Knocked one star off because sometimes the wait can be long during peak hours and the meat's doneness can be inconsistent. Still, it's a great option for satisfying those late-night Turkish...

Chako Halal Food Truck is located next to the Shell gas station at Braker Lane and Mopac. It has been on my list for a few months and I am glad I finally tried it. I was not too happy with the prices at first but the portions were generous and that made up for it.

I had the Chacko Mix which came with beef, chicken, salad, a bed of rice, and sauce on the side. The beef doner was amazing! It was slightly charred with great flavor. The chicken doner was a bit dry but the salad was unique and reminded me a little of tabbouleh. I would have liked a bit more sauce to help with the dry chicken but overall the dish was flavorful and satisfying.

My wife had the Beef Doner Wrap and it was huge. It was packed with beef doner and veggies and white sauce. It was very flavorful and she absolutely loved it.

All the food is halal and the service was friendly. There's seating behind the food truck. We would definitely...

🤦🏻‍♂️ they FORGOT about my order. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I have been to this place about 6 times. And they FORGOT about my order for the 3rd time today, that makes it 50% of the time. They start cooking when you arrive for a pick up and make you wait another 20-30 minutes and there is no line of customers AT ALL. They literally told me today that they FORGOT about my order AGAIN. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I just turned around and left as I didn’t have another 20-30 minutes for waiting. The food is decent. Service is horrible. 👎Maybe it’s just my experience.
