I’m taking a break from this location. You must read till the end if you are a regular at this location. You’ll be shocked.
We’ve witnessed managers get upset with employees about protein portions. They are under serving customers. For the last 6 months, every time I visit there is an issue with under serving proteins. Even if I ask for double protein at $3.55 extra, they botch the correct serving amount. This applies to both mobile & In-person.
If you order after 7pm the night shift is really careless about serving FRESH ingredients. I’ve had 2 previous orders made after 8pm that smelled like sewage. SEWAGE. I spoke to a younger employee and he confided in me that sometimes spoiled tomatoes and cheese are served to customers because managers ask them not waste any food. Based on that information I’m assuming they are capable of serving spoiled protein, too. Just saw a review from two weeks ago about a customer that got food poisoning from the steak.
I’m done. I loved chipotle and have been loyal for years, but I can’t defend them anymore. At least not this location.

Read moreI ordered a steak burrito here and went through the usual process of choosing rice, beans etc. The steak bin was almost totally empty and the cook on the grill was making another batch. When the server got to the steak he dug for the 2-3 remaining beef jerky looking steak pieces and put them on my burrito. He then said “hang on I’ll just grab more steak” but then simply didn’t. He passed the burrito to the next server who never added anything. I then asked if I could have more steak and pointed to the batch that the cook had just made. She took the burrito with her to the side (not where the steak was) and came back with an appropriate portion of steak. I got a drink as well and payed. I then looked at my receipt and saw that I had gotten charged for double steak and my burrito + fountain drink was $16. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was in no mood to argue about steak portions. I sat down and my burrito was a total mess, not a chance of staying together. I ate it and went to grab a spoon for all the toppings that had fallen out. The spoons/forks/knives were all labeled incorrectly so I touched two of them before I found what I was looking for. One bowl should of had chicken but I was literally only able to count 5 small chunks of chicken in the bowl smh. Took both bowls back to restaurant and requested refund but was told by manager on duty (Don or John) that I would have to go online to do so. So I said fine, left food there with the manager and left thinking I could take care of this at a later time. Well that was a joke… Couldn’t get anywhere online to get help. Tried calling corporate this morning and they were just as much of a joke as their online help system. Was told they don’t offer refunds for portion issues and the best they could do was offer me a bogo.. So here I am without my order, out of 32 bucks and all they can offer me is to go back to one of these ridiculous restaurants and spend more money to get ONE free meal after they stole two from me…. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS never will they get another dime from me and you better believe I will tell everyone possible how this company treats...
