I recently visited JuiceLand and had the pleasure of being helped by Femi, and I have to say, he absolutely deserves a raise! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, greeting me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. As a first-time visitor, I had plenty of questions, but Femi patiently walked me through the menu, offering recommendations tailored to my taste and preferences. His knowledge, kindness, and positive attitude made the experience exceptional, and I can’t wait to come back just to see him again. Femi truly embodies customer service excellence, and I highly recommend visiting this JuiceLand location for his stellar service alone!

Got the PB protein bowl here once and have been coming back for it several times a week now. Depending on which one you go to there’s cozy seating and the noise level is always easy for conversation. I’ve always had good experiences with the service as well.

I went to get a juice and was turned away because their juicer was broken. Totally get that equipment breaks…just seems like a place that has ā€œjuiceā€ in their name should have a backup juicer? Or bottled juices (which I asked about, but they did not carry)

These people act like they're doing you a favor. Ordered online in advance, arrived at the time it said it would be ready, the cashier said he messed up one of the drinks (1 of 2) and was going to work on it and get it out asap. He then proceeds to ring up every guest waiting in line and new ones that arrive (that takes a while) AND everyone gets their order first. Then I send my partner to ask again for a status after an actual 30 min wait - cashier looks and acts confused when asked for a status on our drinks, turns around pulls them out of a fridge behind him. So basically they were made and instead of calling out the name of the order they were placed in a fridge and left there for no reason. Worst experience ever. Clearly no sense of urgency even when people are paying like 9 bucks for a smoothie. This is the second time they fall short. Do not go here unless you want to wait forever for a mediocre drink while receiving zero...

Me and my friend where there an hour ago, since the beginning the cashier a long hair man, was kind of rude, I understand we all have bad days, but don’t take out on costumers. We only been there a couple times, so we need help with the menu, but that seem like it was a problem, I ask to pay cash because I didn’t have my card with me, his facial expression’s expressed he didn’t like that way of payment probably thinking I wasn’t going to leave a tip, he didn’t even wait for me to decide, he ask for the change to be put in the tip yard, I added to dollars ( On a 12 dollar tab) to show him we where no trying to be rude just asking for service, all the time we where there we could feel unwelcome and judge, I don’t know if this company is exploiting their workers or just don’t care about service and professionalism, I don’t think I want to go back to a place where they make you feel...
