Katie's professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering flexibility made the entire planning process a breeze. She effortlessly transformed our vision into reality, and her dedication to ensuring every aspect of our event was perfect did not go unnoticed. From coordinating the menu to accommodating last-minute requests, Katie truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the exceptional co-owner and manager, Matt. From the moment we arrived, Matt made it his mission to ensure our evening was nothing short of spectacular. His warm hospitality and genuine care for his guests made us feel like royalty, and we knew we were in good hands every step of the way.

The bartending staff at San Jac Saloon also deserves a special mention, particularly Bree, whose talent behind the bar is truly unmatched. Despite the bustling crowd of over 100 people, Bree flawlessly crafted each drink with precision and grace, ensuring everyone's glass was never empty. With the support of her colleagues, she effortlessly navigated the evening's festivities, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of interacting with her.

Furthermore, we cannot overlook the invaluable contributions of Cole and the rest of the bouncing/bar back staff. Their tireless efforts in setting up the event space and attending to every last detail did not go unnoticed. From ensuring our company logos were prominently displayed to seamlessly handling any unexpected challenges that arose, Cole and his team played an integral role in making our event a resounding success.

Would have given this place 5 stars (on account of their nightly entertainment). But had such a tough experience this past weekend. After closing out my tab, I asked the bartender to pour me an ice water. I started walking out (this was the conclusion of my night) and the bouncer asked me to leave my drink at the bar. Although I tried to explain this was only water, the overly aggressive bouncer said I had to finish my drink. I said ok, and started drinking my water. After perhaps 2 sips, the water was grasped from my fist and the bouncer said I’ve had enough. It honesty made me feel so upset. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome—bartenders were friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing all night.
