Next level Valet and Parking — Local services in Austin

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional and completely incompetent. We booked them over a year in advance for our wedding and put down a 50% deposit. We called to re-confirm the booking several times over the next year, and each time we called they had lost our records and we had to forward the signed contract and booking confirmation that they had sent to us. A month before our wedding our planner reached out to them to confirm the details, and again, they had no record of our reservation so we had to send the contract and confirmation again. We then paid the remainder of our balance. ONE WEEK before my wedding I got an email at 9pm from them saying that they had to “retract their quoted offer” for our event because they had another booking – this was NOT a “quoted offer” as we had already paid them IN FULL. When I asked how this could happen, the owner responded with a rude and aggressive email assuring me that the issue was “not due to any mishandling on their end” and the problem was that we had changed the date of our wedding last minute? Nope, every invoice they had sent us over the last year had the correct date, as did our booking confirmation number (which was my initials followed by the correct wedding date). Our planner handled the situation and convinced them to honor our booking, and then they showed up to our wedding venue 30 minutes late. There was a huge line for the valet that stopped traffic around the entire block because they valets couldn’t find where to park the cars and kept telling us the garage we had booked for the event was full (impossible, as the garage had 150+ spots and we only invited 130 guests) – our planner put the exact GPS location of the garage into their phones (this was all information we had given them weeks before the event), and they still couldn’t find the garage that was 0.1 miles away from the venue. My planner then personally walked to the garage to ensure it was open, unlocked, and completely empty but the valets somehow were too incompetent to find it - they ended up paying to park each car in a museum parking lot. During the reception, my husband and I snuck away with our photographer after dark to get a few pictures in front of the venue. We walked outside to find all valets huddled around the valet stand SMOKING WEED…not only is this unprofessional when you’re at work, but even more so when your job is literally to park people’s cars. Our planner reached out to the company privately after the event to express our dissatisfaction, but it’s been 2 months and no one ever responded. I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews, but this company was absolutely horrendous and I don’t want anyone else to go through what we went...

Wow, just wow! Jay completely transformed my experience with valet service today. From the second I pulled up, his energy was unmatched—he was cheerful, confident, and incredibly efficient. I was in a rush, but Jay made sure everything was handled quickly and effortlessly. It’s not every day you get such a seamless service, and Jay just knocked it out of the park.

But what really impressed me was how much he cared. He made sure I was comfortable, offered to take a quick look at my car to ensure everything was in order, and even asked if I needed directions to my meeting! It’s those small touches that make him stand out.

It’s clear Jay goes above and beyond for his clients. Honestly, I’d come back to this valet just to have Jay park my car again. If you’re lucky enough to have him assist you, you’ll see why he’s so amazing at what he does!
