I'm actually really surprised at how well rated this Taco Bell is?? The staff is nice, it's clean, and it's usually a pretty slow location so it's easy to go in and out, which is why I think it's worth more than giving it one star. I'm going to assume that, if you don't get any modifications or only add on and don't try to swap things/take off things, maybe they're really good about making orders correctly, since so many other people have had good experiences at this location.

They literally never give me fiery shells when I replace the regular crunchy shells on the cheesy gordita crunch or double decker taco. Not once. Sometimes they might mess a small thing up like putting on cheese when I ask for no cheese, but eh it's fast food, I expect there to be the occasional slip up. But NEVER getting a fiery shell even when I've successfully gotten nacho cheese shells, and even asking if they have the fiery shells and they tell me they do (they have said they were out before so I don't count those times) is obnoxious. I know they're not that much more expensive but I still end up paying more for a regular shell. I just want the fiery, it's spicy and my favorite of the three. TBF I haven't ordered plain DLTs at this specific location so I can't say if those would be messed up, but any other time I ask them to swap the regular shell for the fiery, I still...

I am a plus size woman. When I entered this Taco Bell with hopes and dreams; I left with pity and despair. Oh boy, where do I start. I entered at precisely 9:38pm where I ordered a bottle of water ONLY (and 4 packets of sauce btw). I proceeded to wait in the dining area until 9:58!!! 20 MINUTES!! As I left to go get a water out of the nearby gas station, I came back to the DOOR BEING LOCKED… As I flagged someone down to come let me in respectfully, I marched over to the counter to demand my bottle of water which I have by this point waited 30minutes for. As I talked to the employees all I received were narcissistic comments as well as fat shaming. I finally received my bottle of water after what felt like an eternity, yet they still forgot the sauce but whatever. If I could give a rating that would show how much I want this place to close down I would. Totally awful experience that is going to leave me traumatized for the rest of my life. 0 stars never go here. Unless you are looking for an experience that would leave you wishing you would rather burn. Might I add, after this experience I tried to use the woman’s restroom which was way to small for an average size plus size woman like me. Thanks a lot FACO BALLS.

Today, May 3, 2022, at night after 9pm, I went to buy at this Taco Bell (2600 W Braker Ln, Austin, TX 78758) and the truth has been one of the worst fast food shopping experiences I've ever had. They changed the flavor of the drinks, they changed the flavor of the sauces I ordered and the order came incomplete in quantity, it's hard not to believe that those employees do it on purpose, it's hard not to feel that for them as employees of Taco Bell giving bad service is an intentional goal, it is difficult not to believe that it is so when the request for the order is very explicit and clear, but even so the order arrives totally different, it is difficult not to feel that they know exactly what they are doing, when the person who gives you the order he looks at your face while trying to hide his smile, then when you get home, you realize that everything you ordered was changed or altered. Definitely the worst service I have ever received. I refuse to think that customer service in America right now is absolutely decadent and...

I stopped by here and when I was on the side of town. It was absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten. In fact I couldn’t even eat my burrito it looked like it was thrown together and then ripped apart. The lady at the on the speaker was clearly the manager and she got an attitude with me for her not hearing me and me having to repeat the order. This was hands-down the worst experience ever in all my years of coming to Taco Bell.

So I had to do an individual review for this particular one,the secret is to round up your change to the nearest dollar. Seems childish I know however, The food was made spectacular in reference from the last time, which I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Really important a month ago. I wouldn’t suggested any food. The past three times I’ve went I rounded my change up to the nearest dollar and it has made a difference.
