I have been trying for so long to not give this store their 1star review. They need to put a manager there who can do the job and keep their staff accountable. This is the slowest store that they have. I went to the store 10 mns later after the time that the app told me my order would be ready. I got there, I thought my food was ready and getting cold. They only made the drink and they have not yet started the sandwich. I added extra shots and my cup is still 3/4 full. I asked to cancel the sandwich because I am already late to work. She kept on telling me that She would refund me the next time. I left with no food and still didn’t got my money back.
This is happening too much now for a manager or the store owner not to know or do something about it. They may need more staff mainly for the morning shifts but still more than 75% of the people working there are super slow. I observed them some mornings when I have to wait for my orders and you can see them looking busy but looking at their productivity, it is not as fast as they moving. They can turn with 1 cup in hand with nothing or three of them checking 1 order. Sometimes one of them standing there just to be asking people their names and ask you to wait.

Read moreI was planning to stay there for at least 1-2 hours originally, and in the end, I only got to sit down for 5 mins, and then she kicked everyone out. I didn’t know the staff can freely decide the store hour based on their mood. They should totally follow the store policy, and they shouldn’t cut the corner.
I’ve been to so many different Starbucks already, I knew this is not normal. If the store hour says it closes at 9pm, that means customers have the right to stay in the hobby till 9pm. She shouldn’t kick people out of the store early, just because she wants it for her personal convenience.
This store is awful. They are notoriously slow. But today when I went, I did a mobile order. My drink was sitting behind the counter where they make drinks, not in the pick up area so I waited for a few minutes. No one approached me asking what I'm waiting on (keep in mind too my app said my order was ready as well) so finally I asked the worker if the drink behind the counter was mine, she handed it to me, said nothing. I then was waiting on a sandwich where the other worker brought them behind the counter... again, NOT in a reachable area or mobile order area. The store was not busy at this time and the worker just blatantly ignored me while she restocked milk, etc. I'm waiting and waiting and finally stopped her while she was walking and asked if my sandwich was in there and she grabbed it and tossed the bag on the counter to me couldn't hand it to me or say a word.... Like what???? Just rude. This location needs to do a better job hiring employees.
