Great Service and Food, but the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Disappointed
I recently visited a local Burger King, and overall, it was a very good experience. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Despite a steady flow of customers, the wait time was short, and my order was prepared quickly. The Whopper I ordered was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor—exactly what I expect from Burger King. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, making them a standout side.
The self-serve drink station was clean and well-stocked, allowing me to customize my drink without any issues. I also appreciated how the dining area was tidy, with employees visibly working to keep tables and floors clean.
However, I was disappointed by the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. While the chicken itself was crispy and well-cooked, it completely lacked the spice I was expecting. It tasted more like a standard chicken sandwich with a hint of seasoning. If you’re going to market something as spicy, it should deliver at least a little heat.
That said, the overall experience was still enjoyable. With great service, a welcoming environment, and solid staple menu items, I’ll definitely be back—just not for the Spicy...
Read moreAt approximately 8:00pm on 09/14/14 I went into my local Burger King to order a coffee. The person who came up to the counter appeared to be the manager on duty that evening. As he approached me at the counter he did not greet me with a smile or ask what I would like but gave me a look like he was disgusted that I was even there. When I ordered a small coffee he said that there was no coffee made. I then said, "Well, could you make some? Isn't it a drink that you serve all day and not just for breakfast?" He said, "Yeah, but wouldn't it be a waste to make coffee for just one person?" I said, "That really isn't my problem." With much reluctance he went ahead and made a pot of coffee for me. I was really surprised and disturbed by this pure lack of customer service especially from a manager. I'm used to going to McDonald's where they are happy to make a fresh pot of coffee if you ask them. Next time I'll know...

The servers will laugh and roll their eyes at you no matter what you do. If you swap something out, if you ask for more sauce, or a large diet coke, or anything, their response will be a chuckle that is absolutely inappropriate in customer service. They also swear at you in Spanish and call you stupid, etc. if they think you're white. Well guess what, I know spanish, and I won't be coming back here.
All that said, there aren't any other good fast food options right below the slopes, and breakfast after early morning skiing tasted good.
To be honest, its worth it to drive to Wendys or McDonalds out of town instead of eating here. A place I recommend nearby is Gondola Pizza. The lady that runs the place is super nice and they cook quickly.
TLDR; don't go to the Burger King in...
