I placed a curbside pickup approximately around 12:30pm on 9/27/2024. I ordered a grilled chicken meal with a large bowl of chicken noodle soup. I parked in the garage to receive my curbside and left out. I was 2 blocks down from the location, when i reached in my bag to grab my fries. The fries were never in my bag. I immediately parked my car and walked to the location. I left the chicken noodle soup bowl in my car and took the grilled chicken sandwich bag with me with no fries. REMIND you it was drizzling and i knew it’d be quicker to walk than to find parking in the downtown area. When i arrived to the restaurant one of the workers kindly opened the door for me and asked if everything was okay. I expressed to her my fries were not in the bag and i was here to pick them up. I showed her my mobile order receipt then she took me to the register so i can recieve my fries. The manager (Corey) basically asked me 3 times about me not having fries in my bag. I repeatedly told Corey that i did a curbside pick up and they forgot to put fries in my bag. I even pointed to the lady who i brought out my food to my car. He kept going to the back and asking around about my fries .. after about 6-7 minutes waiting for my fries- he finally bagged them and gave them to me. I said thank you. He DID not say you’re welcome or “ my pleasure “ no apologies were giving. All that to say- he obviously thought i was lying about some $2-3 fries. I was very frustrated because i then had to walk 2 blocks back to my car and i was on the clock for work. I expressed my experience to my girlfriend and she immediately called the restaurant and spoke to Corey. Corey excuse was that employees usually give out free food to their friends/family. But that didn’t have nothing to do with me. I go to this location very often, so why would i try to get over on some $2-3 fries ESPECIALLY when it’s raining and i’m on a time crunch. He then mentioned that it’s a billion dollar company …? Ok .. I’m aware. I surely did not receive a billion...
Read moreOh, hallelujah, let us gather ‘round the altar of Baltimore’s Chick-fil-A, where the Jesus Chicken reigns supreme, served with a side of sanctimonious waffle fries! Nestled in the holy trinity of locations—Inner Harbor, Canton Crossing, or that blessed outpost on Campbell Blvd—this fast-food cathedral delivers crispy, golden salvation in every bite. The original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich? A divine revelation, hand-breaded and pressure-cooked in peanut oil so pure it might’ve been blessed by the apostles themselves. Juicy, tender, and nestled on a buttered bun with just two pickle chips—because, apparently, three would be a sin—these sandwiches are a testament to consistency, unlike that sketchy food truck you regret visiting.
The waffle fries, oh, those crisscrossed carb miracles, arrive hot and perfectly salted, whispering, “My pleasure,” as you crunch. Don’t even get me started on the sauces—Chick-fil-A sauce is basically manna from heaven, a tangy-sweet ambrosia that could make cardboard taste like a Michelin-star entrée. And the service? These folks move faster than a televangelist passing the collection plate, all smiles and “God bless you” energy, even during the lunch-rush rapture.
Sure, they’re closed on Sundays—because, you know, rest—but that just makes the Monday-through-Saturday pilgrimage feel all the more sacred. Baltimore’s Chick-fil-A doesn’t just serve food; it’s a whole vibe, a crispy, chicken-fueled sermon you didn’t know you needed. Just don’t ask for extra pickles unless you’re...
Read moreI was actually kinda (pleasantly!) shocked my very 1st visit here because other locations, particularly the 1 near my apt in Glen Burnie MD, I haven't had this type of Exceptional & Attentive Service...not EVER. It's a Shame other places can't train here or come, Observe, and Take Notes because this is how Customers EVERYWHERE should be Treated. Beautiful humans & Experience here, and I do 1-2X month @ this particular Chick Fil A alone, with friend/s, fam, etc. Awesome location right across the street from the Inner Harbor. You can eat in or tables outside as well. Consistently Top Notch, Efficient, Genuinely Friendly Customer Service Weekdays AND Weekends. ALL Staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is good and you are taken care of as a guest. Food is always hot (or very warm), fresh, & tasty. They are always sweeping, cleaning & sanitizing. Warmly Greeted. They taking your order right in the line. I do feel like now it's a little less waffle fries given and the Regular + grilled chicken patties seem a bit smaller... more bun than in yrs past, but then again look @ Our Economy. So. Anyway. A few less hectic periods of time BUT generally Stays VERY Busy & Crowded Most Days. Not so loud you can't hear & talk. Family Friendly. Dates. Eat there alone you'll feel Comfortable too. Lunch. Dinner. Brunch....
