StoneLocator — Local services in Baltimore

I order stone quite regularly for our business and designed to give this company a try. Stone arrived damaged and covered in oil, many pieces were poorly cut, uneven, or had deep cuts within the stone. The company refused to Honor their “less than 1% damage policy”. They were well aware these items would be used for stairs (meaning small remnant pieces were useless to me and assured me that in purchasing their remaining stock of a particular item wouldn’t result in issues. Upon contacting them with the delivery driver still present it suddenly changed to only being willing to refund or replace anything over 3% of total square footage. Considering they had no additional stock of my item, this was unhelpful, and they never offered any other resolution or refund. The cheaper price only resulted in Cheaper quality and was disappointing to say the least. They also don’t honor their price...

I ordered porcelain tiles for my bathroom renovation from Stone Locator. We have ordered stone tiles for our bathrooms and kitchen, including hard to find onyx for our fist floor powder room. The folks at Stone Locator were extremely helpful and patient with us. We went through many conversations and iterations with them over the design and finally arrived at something that we really liked. The tiles were delivered precisely when promised and when a couple of tiles turned out chipped they were immediately replaced for free and no questions asked.
