To say I was unimpressed would be an understatement. I submitted my order for "rapid pick up" a full hour before I was actually coming to pick it up. I thought this was a good idea so I could get in, get out, and get home as soon as possible. Only when I arrived, it wasn't ready. Okay, fair enough, so I sat in front of the rapid pick up area and waited. And waited. And waited. I waited 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me! Then when she did speak, she informed me that they no longer have the crossaint that I wanted my sandwich on. And this is where I have an issue. If you don't have it, why can I order it and PAY for it?! And considering you require a phone number and email address when placing an order, why did no one contact me to ask me what freaking bread I wanted so it could be ready when I want to come get it....? Common sense is clearly lost hear. Oh, but there's more. She then informs me that they lost my ticket, so she doesn't remember what I wanted on my sandwich. Oh okay. Really great. Another issue that could have been answered before I got there, but who cares, am I right?! Thennnnn, twenty minutes have gone by, and they have packaged my order and sent me on my way. I checked my bag when I got to the car, no coffee cake. Another item I've paid for. I went inside and Raven at the counter was very sweet and helped me right away. To be honest, panera is a relatively expensive bakery, so I expect more. And I'm very disappointed. I will not be back to this location. I'm not trying to be dramatic, but this was a very irritating experience and I'm so disappointed. I'd i hadn't already paid, I would have just gone...
Read moreTruly the worst experience I have ever had at any “fast food”. Sat in drive thru for 30 min (no way to get out of the line without popping a tire thanks to the median). Got to the front and there were MUTLIPLE workers inside that didn’t acknowledge I was in the drive thru line (so “short staffed” can’t be the excuse). Probably 4 cars behind me as well. Finally after 7 minutes a lady came and gave me food that belonged to “Tiffany”. I told her that wasn’t my food and she reached to get the food back (which now has touched my hands and in the era of COVID-19, certainly not illegal but is frowned upon)… she then handed me my food. I was missing a smoothie, which she said she didn’t ring up so I could “add it on” if I wanted. I told her at that point I wasn’t interested. I really just wanted to get out of there. 37 minutes of life I’ll never get back. Worst experience. 0 out of 10 recommend - will never visit another Panera and will gladly tell all of...
Read more30 minutes is how long I had to wait today for a small kids bowl of mac and cheese to go. 30 minutes. If you’ve never worked at a Panera, which I have, you might think this is an awful wait time, but it’s especially heinous when you know that the bags of Mac and cheese take a max of 4 minutes to make. Not only did it take them over 20 minutes to even put the Mac and cheese in, they skipped over me and gave food to numerous other people who had been behind me in line. This is beyond ridiculous, even during their rushes. I don’t recommend this Panera. The one on Germantown is much faster and more competent.
I’d also like to add that yesterday, my oldest son had dental surgery. He’s only allowed to eat soft foods. So today, he begged for Panera mac and cheese. That’s the only reason I went to this one. Sucked that it took my poor kid who was super hungry, had to wait 30 minutes for a Mac and cheese that should have taken...
