Brubaker's Pub — Restaurant in Bath Township

I have to agree with all of the reviews already posted, this place is awful! Imagine every douchebag you've ever met thinking it's alright to get plastered and act like a complete jackass when drunk and you've got Brubaker's. It's funny because other Brubaker's aren't like this, and with this location one would expect a better level of clientele. Forget the fair, the rating is poor. I won't bore with a rehash but instead give you my experiences. About a year ago I guy I went to school with caught up with me on Facebook, and invited me out for his birthday. I couldn't stand the white trash in the bar, but the staff was nice at the time. This guy would sporadically invite me out and sometimes I would go since it's close to my home. Always a lackluster experience, but one time I even got attacked by two scrawny, drunk losers sitting in front of Strickland's. Luckily they were hammered and people, customers not employees, were able to break it up. Not only were the cops not called, but the two losers were allowed back in the bar. No this is on me, but for some reason I would sometimes go back. The last two times, however it got real bad. The GM Audrey, who while as bad at her job as everyone else there, was always at least polite. For some reason she completely ignored me. My friend invited me out for my birthday, and she was told this. All night she walked by and never asked for my order. I even flagged he down just to pay my tab, she looked right at me, then got other customers there orders and posed for pictures in her Halloween outfit. I called corporate and the woman I talked to gave me some generic excuse and said she would talk to her. I went back one more time, only because I had to drop something off to a person I know and this became the place. Once again Audrey never served me, went to the guy next to me and did shots with him. I took 10-15 minutes to get my Christmas Ale. I drank that and took off. I called again the next day and the same woman brushed me off like I was full of it. She kept asking if there was a relationship between Audrey and I. I had to keep reassuring her that I only have ever seen her in the bar. She also claimed she never had a problem with Audrey and that she didn't even drink, like I was making it up or was mad because Audrey didn't like me. Great customer service, huh? Never heard anything bad, has she tried reading any of these reviews? I told her I was never going to any Brubaker's again, and all she said was "I'm sorry you feel that way." Never apologized for how I was treated, never apologized for my bad experience, never tried to make it up to me. Seems bad service goes all the way up the ladder. Sorry for the length of this, but I come off upset because I really am. Unless you like drunk white-trash mixed with awful service, avoid this dump...

Will never return. My friend was removed from the premises because she is an ADA compliant disabled Army Veteren. Given ADA standards, she has a service dog that is an extension of her. She suffers from debilitating disabilities that adversely effect her ability to sustain crowds and events that trigger her PTSD. The management refused to service her, refused to acknowledge her ADA card that represents her rights and the bartender dismissed it. When asked for the employees names, they refused to give me any information. I only got one of their names because I called later and she answered saying her name was Bree. When I tried to confirm it later, she changed her story saying the manager's name was Bree. Anyways, Bree and the other blonde bartender proceeded to show her to exit since she cannot sit outside due to her heart condition (inside was empty). Simply unacceptable. Is this how you show your patriotism; by refusing disabled veterans? Nice move,...

I am from NY and just walked into this pub as my first "fun" stop in town as per I am here on business and my hotel is close. Upon walking in I didn't think it would be that bad however the service and customer service in this pub is horrendous. The first bartender to get me my beer literally ignored me and refused to make any eye contact or even speak to me. I must just not be her kind of people but wow to the disrespect shown even by the manager who I would have let refill my drink but whom was also rude unfriendly and has zero charisma. This bar is kind of a joke. Unless these bitchy bartenders know you they won't speak to you. I recommend this place to NOONE!! Wish I could take the entire expirience back worst 3.25 cent beer I've ever drank. Oh and to top it off... the beer simply wasn't as cold as it should have...
