The Wendy's manager, who was a woman with dreadlocks, was extremely rude. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, she insisted that I call Uber and inform them that the store closes at 2 am ( it was 1:42 am ) and won't accept orders after that time. Additionally, the other employees were also rude and difficult to communicate with. I never received the order and I was told they were out of stock of the particular burger , after being handed the wrong order.
Second review: My recent visit to Wendy’s was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bianca, who was working the drive-thru, was unbelievably rude, impatient, and unprofessional from the very beginning.
As I tried to place my order, she kept cutting me off with “Is that all?” in a nasty, dismissive tone. I repeatedly said “No, that’s not all,” but she continued to rush me. When I finally pushed back, she snapped that she didn’t have time to wait on me and needed to keep her “drive-thru time down.”
Then, shockingly, she slammed the window in my face and started yelling. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and disrespected that we had no choice but to leave without our food.
This was not just poor service — it was hostile, aggressive, and completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. It left me shocked and upset, and I strongly urge management to take action so that no other customer has to go through this kind...
Read moreOrdered 2 biggie bags. First, had to go back n forth with the "GM" about condiments that he felt strongly were in the bag. Well, they were not. We make it home (Gardere) only to realize that we got the wrong order. I don't eat mayor nor tomatoes so if I wanted to eat, I had to spend my gas and drive back over to Wendy's in 36° weather with wind gusts that seemed 30-50 mph at times. On my way to my vehicle, one of those gusts grabbed the bag of food and I'm literally chasing the food around the parking lot so that I can return the items and get what I paid for like I was instructed to do. Upon arrival, I was interrogated by a guy who introduced himself as the GM. I was treated as if I had done something wrong by wanting what I paid for. I pull up to the window and am obviously frustrated and this "GM" is mumbling smart comments like, "He is trippin behind this lil $11"... I finally lost it and demanded my money back. I was tossed $11 and told that he was gonna give me the food and my money back if I wasn't "being ignorant". First of all, I don't want any food from your kitchen after I cussed you out and secondly I had 2 LG strawberry lemonades. Just keep the rest though. I'm a customer service PROFESSIONAL myself. I understand that things happen, but there is a little but of making the customer that goes along with good customer service. I'm...
Read moreDriving in late to B.R. from the N.O. airport, I knew that Wendy's was likely the only thing open. The line of cars was so long, I went ahead and placed a mobile order while in line. We were in line an hour before we reached the order board, only to be told to "Pull around to the second window please!" Of course we did, because I'd already placed my order. I finally reached the second window for the guy at the window to say "We only have nuggets and fries." I said "Well that's a problem." He said "Oh. Why?" I told him I'd "placed a mobile order for burger meals and a frosty." He looks in their computer then just walks off. He brings the manager who tells me that he'd have to cancel my order because they only had "nuggets and fries". I ask for his name in case I wasn't credited for the order. He gave me his name but seemed unconcerned with the whole issue. In fact he mentioned to me they were about to close in four minutes. I told him I'd been in line since just after one, for nearly an hour. When I pull away from the window the attendant was locking the door and turning off the lights, leaving all those cars behind me in line with no explanation at all! The exterior lights were off before I got out of the parking lot. Their behavior was completely...
