Late review, I was here a few days ago but i need to warn people. This place has just become so horrible. Tables dirty, bathroom was disgusting, no TP. The hold times ridiculous, I was asked to pull forward n wait for my drink. Then the old lady Michelle dhe was rude enough to repeat it like a parrot. She thinks she is cute, and tells me pull forward. I said no it's just one drink. She tells me, well your not the only customer and smiles. I said just get me my drink, she then says ma'am pull forward, another girl says look at the time. She then tells them shes not moving forward I don't know with an attitude n they call the supposedly manager. She comes over and says please move forward. The whole time where is my drink. Yes 1 drink. We go back n forth, i even tell her this whole time we r doing this, i could have my coffee already. I even told her instead of talking with me clean that counter i can see all the spilled milk, and toppings but yeah its more important to move me forward. I got frustrated n just said fine. So i move forward, cause the person in charge says maam, your just backing up traffic. So i said fine I'm coming in. I go in, what a joke, coffee all over the counter where they have like 20 drinks on. I go to the RR, and the tables look dirty, not swept under. The pastry case was full of crumbs. You all need that old manager the hispanic one w the curly hair, green eyes. She was always cleaning always. Not just yelling times, we're at 107, we're at 109, come on, we're at 116, like the one you have here, like omg shut up n just get my drink. Now it's been about 20 minutes. I go look for my drink n it's there. On the dirty counter, I grab i go, i get a bad look and laughs behind my back as i walk away. Im so sick of this place but I love starbucks. I'm just going to have to try dutch bros or something. So I came through drive thru, ended up inside. And starbucks why are you all pulling people forward. And also Please lower the music to i get...
Read moreThis is the most convenient Starbucks for me to go to on my way to work, and that is why they got 2 stars instead of 1. Service and value of their patrons time is not a high priority here. There is usually a pretty long wait, I use the mobile order function on the app and even though I order 15 minutes or more before pick up (now I even sit in the parking lot for a few more minutes before entering) I still have to wait for my drink to be made. This can range in length of time, from around 5 minutes (no that big of a deal) to 15 minutes. I have tried just ordering when I get there but alas, still a 15 minute wait or more. I will wait patiently for my drink, I work retail I know a bad attitude and rudeness get you no where other then looking like a fool at best, but it is a test in patience. When my drink has been forgotten (this had happened on more then one occasion) I get sighs and eye rolls but I still just wait usually browsing on my phone. If you ask for alternatives or customize your drink it does occasionally get made with errors, more often then I have encountered before. I have been called picky by 2 different baristas when my drink is made flat out wrong (I request certain items are omitted because of a food allergy. I know that is my responsibility to manage, but to be called picky because to put it mildly, it would make me sick? That is low.)When I gently remind them of my requests they remake it correctly but still I pay a lot for a cup of coffee and it should be correct regardless of the reason I ask for a customization especially since I have to pay additional fees for them. I could just use my Keurig but I choose to use Starbucks. I frequent numerous Starbucks around the Houston area and honestly if this one was not so convenient I would go elsewhere, and I am definitely keeping my...
Read moreWe have 3 Starbucks in the Baytown area and this location was my favorite I went and ordered a large Frappuccino with a extra shot and ask if they could just put it in the larger cup they have and was told they can't do that, I even offered to pay the difference and told then that they always do it. She the cashier gets the manager, I repeated what I just asked for, then she goes a hole year you been getting it,and then she wants me to name the people who did that and who put it in the larger cup. So I stayed look there is going to be extra left over I want it, I paid for it so w I want it it will all fit the ex-larg up. And she say no we can't do it, so ok I will go get a cop I have in my car and you can just pore it in there oh we can't do that either. Our owner doesn't want us to to that either. So you won't let me pay for the difference in the price to go one cup bigger, and you won't let me bring a cup in so you are fine just pouring my money down the drain. Well I'm not so let me buy a cup of coffee and don't put coffee in it and just pour the extra it that cup.then she goes no you don't have to buy, I will just put the extra in a cup for you. I just purchased two drinks so the manager puts the extra to a smaller plastic Frappuccino cup and gave it to me that way. By her doing it that and extra did fill that cup just over half way up. But by here doing that it cost here twice as much and hit the inventory, it's like she just gave away 2 small Frappuccino. So let just say for her doing that cost then $5 for each cup if it was sold, or if she would have just put it in the larger cup like I ask it would only be $0.20 more. If you are the owner and you are looking at you cost. But either way time to look for...
