Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Bedford

To my surprise at 9 at night there was a 20 minute wait, which was do able. In tow with my husband and 4 year (luckily I only had 1 of 4 of our kiddos tonight). We waited 15 mins and was seated. Evan came quickly to the table and gave us the grand gesture, we felt welcome and excited we would be receive top notch service. Because our 4 year does not do well in restraunts we ordered everything up front including main entrees. As 20 minutes approached I still had not received my beverage from the bar, so I started looking around and saw Evan bringing it to the table.. he said the food should be out shortly. 30 minutes later looking for another drink and the food I spotted Evan and asked for a 2nd drink, he asked how the food was and we told him we had not received it yet.. now close to an hour of waiting for our food we started seeing other. Parties that showed after us receive their food before I could even get a second drink... Evan then came by again 2 more times apologizing for the food not being done.

At this point we had been sitting at our table for a hour and half and looked to cancel the food after being told for 30 minutes it was on its way. My 4 year old had fallen asleep hungry, and we decided to pick fast food up on the home. We spend almost 2 hours at the establishment to pay for 2 margaritas... we don't eat out a lot due to the rising in cost of daily life but I also don't expect to have to wait over an hour and half to get an appetizer, blt, and cheese pizza.. we will probably never be back again as management seemed to not have a clue as to how their establishment is running and it is a waste of...

I go to this Chili's often enough and almost exclusively use their online platform. Ordering is simple, but their curbside and to-go needs some serious work. Their times are never accurate. I live four minutes from this location and have been given waiting times of 30 minutes (on a busy day, understandably), yet when I arrive ten minutes early my food is already done and COLD. This has happened more than once--these orders were the Cajun Chicken Pasta. I've had times where I've ordered and immediately go to the restaurant and my order is ready. Less than 10 minutes. The garlic bread is soggy, the pasta is luke warm at best.

Then today was the worst. I was given a waiting time of 20 minutes. I leave immediately and get there 15 minutes early. This time I ordered the chicken tenders with Texas cheese fries and a couple other sides. I check-in, as I always do, and then I sit and wait, and wait, and wait. The time they gave me already passed, so after a few more minutes I call to see how much longer my food will take. I'm not upset, I'm just trying to gauge how much longer I will be sitting there. The lady on the phone was not the lost polite, albeit she wasn't out right rude, but when I asked how much longer she simply answered with "I'll bring the food out as soon as I can" and then comes out a minute later to hand me cold food. I have been waiting for over twenty minutes and I'm handed cold food. The tenders are luke warm at BEST and rubbery, the fries are luke warm and the cheese is SOLID. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I would definitely like to be contacted...

My wife and 4 kids went for a Saturday lunch today and it was the worst experience we've had at a restaurant ever. From the start to the end, it was awful! We were sat quickly and greeted promptly, however the server was immediately sat an 8 top right after our table (of 6). We ordered 2 soups, a margarita, chips and salsa to start; and then 3 kids meals, a salmon entree, a chicken sandwich, and a fajita as our meals... After placing the order we were ran drinks by an expo, and that was the end of service. The serve became weeded and the manager was too busy checking his phone to step in and assist. About 20 mins after we ordered, 2 entrees, the soups, and the chips and salsa arrived to the table... We were confused and asked what happened and not one person could answer! Another 15 minutes goea by and 1 (one) kids meal finally makes it out... We're lost at this point and askfor Mr manager to come visit our table. He slumps over to the table, crouches like he needs to take a dump, (right next to my wife CREEP) and starts drilling me on how he can make my mistake right for me... Never apologizes or gives us any information on to where the remainder of our order is...he just says he'll take care of a couple of the meals for the inconvenience... And never come back!!! 15 more minutes go by and the last adult entree makes it to the table... We still have a 6 year old with no food!! I could go on about the behavior of the staff but I'm tired of the terrible experience and can't prolong it with anymore ranting!!! Needless to say, DO NOT GO TO...
