So I work at Forth Worth and live in Grand Prairie, every Saturday on my way home I search Chinese restaurants and stop to buy some food to try different places. This past Saturday I stopped at this one. When inside and ordered a combination fried rice. This thing has to be the blandest fried rice that I ever had. Not sure if it was my fault or theirs, and I said this because I got there around 9:45pm and I get it that they closed at 10pm and probably are in a hurry. But that’s not excuse, almost every Asian restaurant that I order on Saturdays closes at 10pm. The other mistake that I made was that I took whatever they gave me! Like not even a minute after I placed the order the lady there “I’m going to give you this one since it’s the same thing and it’s ready, another customer ordered so I’ll give it to you” and I was ok with it since it was hot. So first of all there was only “chicken” and a few shrimps on it and it was just on the top, no beef or pork unless I missed it. The pieces of chicken are too big that if there’s only 5 pieces that are gone on the first bites. (Maybe chop those 5 pieces into little pieces so it would look like more and well distributed) and second: I don’t know if they don’t use any onions at this restaurant or the customers who actually order that fried rice asked for no onions in it. Every fried rice that I had before have either onions, scallions or green onions. A fried rice without those sucks. That day I had to diced some onions, add a bit of salt, soy sauce and hot sauce to give it some flavor to that rice and that’s not convenient after working 12 hrs. If I wanted to get home and cook I would have order just a white plain rice and fry it with meat and vegetables at home. Just for curiosity I’m gonna stop one of this days and order the same thing just to see if they actually don’t use any onions, if that day does have onions, scallions or green onions that would mean that the order that they gave me was supposed to be without onions for the customer who...
Read more09/11/25- 2:15P Came in for lunch, and there was an individual who had a large table. However, only two people were at it. The guy was on a conference call on an iPad speaker phone. The volume was very loud. I asked the guy to please turn the volume down. It progressed to get louder and louder. It appears that it was a conference call with a company doing business as they were talking about contracts, credit cards, and such. Felt this was intrusive and rude of the customer to not be considerate of the people around him. I told our server about this, and they said they asked him to turn it down. I never saw anyone go over to the table to talk to the guy on the call. Then, when the server came back around, I asked for the manager. No one ever came to my table. The conference call the guy was on was very loud for an open dining room setting where everyone comes to eat. Everyone who walked in could hear this guy's conference call going. At the end, before leaving, I went back and asked the server for the manager on duty or the owner's name, and they would not give me that info. The server said it wasn't her job to stop this guy from playing his call loud. Then the guy came up to the counter and was very confrontational with me over the issue. This guy should have been asked to leave. I will not be coming back to this place. If you can't run an establishment to know right from wrong, then you don't deserve my business. I won't be back! Shame on you for NOT taking care...
Read moreI visited here after receiving a paper menu on my front door advertising their delivery. I had Almond Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken (1 entree). It would have been plenty of food but I upgraded for 2.99 to get the 3 most popular appetizers and my choice of soup. The Hot & Sour Soup was delicious. It had more flavor than that of the standard Asian buffet soup. Everything was superb and the vegetables used in preparation were fresh. The food wasn't salty so you can use the soy sauce without over-salting your food. I took a to go box and actually got two meals out it. My waitress was young Asian lady whose slight accent and kind, service-oriented demeanor helped enhance the authentic culture of the establishment. She was sweet, friendly, attentive, and she was also pretty. She kept my beverage full and checked on me numerous times. The food was fast. There was soft piano music--the kind you hear if you want to or if you are a musician, and the kind you can not hear and not notice. But the ambiance was quiet and pleasant. Very affordable and a good value. I would...
