We went on a Friday night and there were customers in the bar area and at 2 other tables. We sat down and it took an exceptionally long time to get a waitresses to come to our table. Enough time that another group of six came in, sat at the table next to us, and were waited on before we were. And by our waitress no less...
The menu that you find on their website has a pretty nice looking selection but most of the better items are not available anymore. They should update the website menu as the items have been gone for over 6 months the waitresses told us. Most of the items listed by Google for this review are no long available...
The prices are very high for what they give you. For example it was $19.00 for 3 tacos (1/2 the size of a regular sized taco shell) filled with only hamburger meat. It came with small condiment cups of cheese and hot sauce, nothing else, even though it list more on the menu. No one in our party liked their food. The appetizers looked like they were good and plentiful but we chose to not order any due to the higher that normal prices.
Oh and by the way, the table that sat down beside us left before ordering due to the poor service speed and the prices (they told us as they left).
The business adds an 18% gratuity to every ticket, charges for every drink refill of soda and tea, and they play loud music with laser strobe lights that blind you while you are trying to eat. I like music but this was too loud for conversation to take place. The lightning effects did start about 30 minutes after we got there though.
I will say that even though the service was lacking, the waitress was very nice and she helped us out with the issues when we were able to get her attention.
If you want to drink, smoke, have loud music with flashing laser lights, and eat appetizers then this would be a good place to try. If you...
Read moreOur server was very friendly, and the shots were good, but the food and drinks took a very long time to come out. My suggestion to the team would be to have more than 1 bartender and 1 server on the floor, as well as having more of a chokepoint at the front in order to allow for a hostess stand. If you have a floating hostess, not only does it take them time to get out from behind the bar, but it makes seating experience a little uncomfortable. Rearrange the tables so that they either fall behind the hostess line or form a path to the bar. Also there were too many conflicting themes inside, there were lots of lazers, sparkley tabletops and frilly curtains giving a modern-rave feel while also introducing a classical touch with the chandeliers and the columns that remind you slightly of Roman arichecture. I suggest to add more frilly curtains to cover the bare wood walls and ease some of the harsh corners as well as limiting the amount of "VIP" roped off areas, they make you feel a little boxed in and unwelcome. All in all, I think it's a diamond in the rough and had lots of potential! The parking lot is also very hard to navigate through, making it more accessible will bring a lot...
Read moreSo this place is in kind of a bad spot. It's a pain to get to, but we were excited to try it. We went in the middle of the day for lunch. The parking lot was EMPTY. There were 2 cars, that's it. We walk in, and there is a table with 3 people with drinks and nobody else to be seen. The place looks like a nightclub on the inside. We were shocked. The bartender/server/manager? Came from the back to greet us. He was SUPER nice. However, he did have to tell us that they don't have any high chairs. He didn't tell us we couldn't eat there, just that our kiddo would have to sit in a regular chair, and they're just not big enough for that. We were very bummed, we were excited to try this place but usually if a restaurant doesn't have the courtesy to provide seating for kids, it's because they're not interested in accommodating families to eat there. That's fine, but the name and outside of the restaurant is misleading. If something changes and we're able to eat here at some point, I will change my...
