Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Bellevue

This place gets worse and worse the more I go here. I waited for over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged when I walked in. Then some guy that actually looked like an escaped convict came and sat me and my party. We then ordered our food with mozarrela sticks for an appetizer. We then waited 25 minutes till our mozarrela sticks came out. Mind You, this was a week night and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We did not see our waitress since we ordered our food and appetizer as someone else dropped off our mozarrela sticks. During this time my whole party had empty cups and our waitress was nowhere to be found. We then waited another 30 minutes without our food coming out, or seeing our waitress once. I then flagged down a manager and she apologized, but didn't offer anything to make the situation better. I then told her we would be leaving and didn't want the food. While walking out, there were 4 parties waiting to be seated without an Applebees employee in sight. I warned all of them how bad the service was and shared me and my parties experience with them. 3 of them immediately got up and left and the 4th group said they pretty much got a bad feeling too from how long they were having to wait to get seated. They then left the restaurant too. I felt like that was a small victory for me, but for everyone that reads this and decides not to go here from my words is a much larger victory in the grand...

The staff is very rude and lazy. They act as if they dont want to be working- atleast smile sometime! We were never told about any sort of specials or anything. Everyone working there had no personality what so ever. I was hoping I would see a manager but I didnt otherwise I would have complained. I didnt do so simply because I hate complaining at food places.. We had no drink half of the time we were there. The glasses looked dirty. It was not busy at all however we were neglected the entire time. A server gave us our food we asked for steak sauce and they just walked away as if they didnt hear us. We waited 10 minutes and then finally asked someone else again it was around 230 it was not bust at all! The appetizer was good but our meal was horrible. We both ordered steak it was very chewy and gross. Mine was supposed to be medium well yet it was leaking out blood and has blood soup underneath it.. I am not a picky eater yet I could only eat one bite of the steak. The mashed potatoes was the only edible thing on my plate. I was never asked how my food was so I paid 48 dollars for discusting food. The waitress obviously was not worried about our unhappines with her or the food. She saw the only things missing on both our plates were the mashed potatoes. I will never go to applebees again. The only thing worth buying there...

Shift manager Marchela needs to learn Customer Service. Very dissatisfied meal and all she can offer is coupons. Great, meal sucked so here is coupons to come back and experience this same bad service again. Great encouragement to have me come back. The 2 for $20 menu changed & no longer has the steaks available for that price. Steaks were not sirloin anymore & they cut off a side item with the meal. More cost, less product. The descriptions of the meals are no longer well described in online ordering. We had to wait 20 minutes outside in the car before they finally brought the food out. The online ordering does not have a Memo section for any type of special requests. Highly Recommend STAYING Away from this POORLY Located Location. Have to go through F'n Walmart parking lot to get out of this place. Traffic Congestion has you waiting another 10 minutes making your food colder. Hope the Corporate Office sees this and HIGHLY Recommends a new Direction for the General Manager at the upcoming Conference in Kansas City in October, like prefer Terminated Managers and Promoting Customer Driven employees that will give customers a reason to come back.
