I guess my theme is to start with the cons but then end positively on the pros so lets begin
Cons lovely event hall connected to the restaurant but must pass by the toilets to get to it. -single point of sale system so ordering a drink from the bar was a challenge -Some items take a little extra to arrive -Feels like they are still working out the kinks of a newer establishment -indian taco? with a pita flatbread? If you want to get that creative try having menu items like curry up in sfo, seattle could use that creativity done in a better way -utilize your bar, have indian drinks, indian themed drinks.
Pros: -delicious food. Chicken 65 biryani is stellar when its on the wetter side, if its on the more dry side you might enjoy other items. Gobi manchurian is the best i've had in Seattle. Amazing chicken lollipop (this dish is hard to get some places have it only sometimes, and its quite painful to make yourself at home -Counter service available next door at curry point if you want something quick - also a few desserts, lassis, and spicy snack mixes, great to accompany drinks -great atmosphere in the sit down area, decor is on point, feels like a nice place to take friends or family -Service is curteous, kind, and will make sure your experience is good -great banquet hall area. Superb lighting and sound. Perfect for small or large parties and they have family friends if you require some additional decoration they can get you a nice deal on
Overall, really like the place, but just need to work out a few kinks. Plan to eat here regularly as its close to my house and its easy to get some curries to go to heat up throughout the week when im too...

This is just plain cheating. They could have told me that they were out of Biryani instead of giving out a very low grade version of it which can barely be called food. It just shows the Restaurant's callousness when it comes to serving their customers and be...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would! Insipid, stale food and bad ambiance. An extremely peculiar sickeningly sweet odor hangs about the place. I was looking for at least one item on the buffet that tasted good, but was thoroughly disappointed. The biryani was tasteless, flavorless and the chicken in it tough and stale. The chicken curry, loaded with barbecue sauce and sour cream with no Indian touch whatsoever. On the vegetarian side, the sambar was barely lukewarm, and tasted stale and sweetish. Did they mix leftover rasam and old sambar? As for the dessert, the custard/ fruit salad, curdrice and “Phirni” overwhelm with the amount of sour cream when there should have been milk, yoghurt and thickened milk/ condensed milk respectively! Don’t even want to talk about the restrooms. Overall , not worth the money at all and will never go...
