Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bellflower

Called and made an order for pick up. Two pizzas with 2 toppings each. was told it would take 15-20 minutes. Fine. Went to pick up the pizzas a little after and was told by they were not ready. 15-20 minutes longer I was told. Okay, sometimes it takes a little longer. I wait outside for 20 minutes and go back in to check in on the status. "Just a little bit longer sir. We're just boxing them up." So I wait patiently for them to inform me my order is ready. when I ask if it was ready yet, they just tell me "one moment sir. It'll be ready soon." I speak to another worker behind the counter to find out whats going on. I tell him I picking up an order. "We don't have and order under that name." Now I'm a little upset. I've been waiting for an order that hasn't been started. I ask to please speak to the manager regarding the matter and explained my situation. He apologies for the situation but does nothing to correct it. Instead, he starts making excuses, stating a pizza usually takes 30-35 minutes to prepare. If that is the case, why did the lady I spoke to tell me 15-20 minutes. I emphasize to him that regardless, my order still hasn't been started. An hour after I had called had past and what he is stating is my order should have been done by now. But this manager keeps saying, "But sir, we are busy at this time." I'd expect cheep excuses from his employees, but from him, the manager of the restaurant....

I made an order for delivery at 11:22am with an estimated delivery time of 23-33 minutes. I ordered one medium pizza and parmasan bites. My pizza did not even enter the oven until 12:15pm! Almost an entire HOUR after placing my order. Yes, it rained earlier however it was no longer raining by the time I had ordered. After calling multiple times with no answer, finally someone picked up the phone at the store. They confirmed the order had barely entered the oven an hour later. They did not offer any way to help make up for the time. Had they called earlier and explained that the order was not going to be delivered for another TWO HOURS after being placed, I would have cancelled and placed my order elsewhere and not had waited my entire lunch break for nothing (which was supposed to arrive before my lunch to begin with). This is what happened- 1st time with Dominos this location,( Alondra/Clark) in Bellflower I ordered philly cheese steak pizza got home hubby said where's the philly steak couldnt find it, because they put so little I called Dominos store and was told if unhappy bring it back ,I dont live close to this location so didnt go back would have checked b4 I left but cashier was pushing me out the door real rushy to get me out, wont be back, I will go back to my old faithful Pizza Hut they Never...
