7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Bellmead

I came to 7 brew for the first time with a group of friends Sunday 9/28. We’ve all never had it before. We asked a team member if she could add Caramel sauce to one of the drinks because in this picture on the menu that specific drink my friend ordered came with it. We did not know you had to ask for the sauce. The team member then replied with No I’m sorry but it’s a health code violation. Didn’t even offer to give us a different drink. I've been going here since they opened and haven't had any problem. Until the last two visit, I oreder the peach ring fizz, which came out watered down. Then this last time asked for cold foam, but instead was given my drink with whipped cream. When I told the employee about the mistake she insured me it was not whipped cream. Now I have been drinking coffee drinks longer then some of the employees have been working. On the account that most our highschool students. So yes I could clearly see the difference...

This is my first stop of the day..I have to say I was disappointed with the service today. I always get a med sugar free blondie with whip and caramel drizzle, and today they gave me a med caramel blondie with cold foam..I told the young lady that it didn't look like what I always order she just looked at me and walked away.
