Spent over $50 on pizzas that were poorly made and so undercooked we had to put them back in our own oven at home just to be able to make edible, which didn't even fix the situation so we ended up throwing it away anyway! What's more is that was this store's SECOND attempt to make the pizza correct since the first one we received wasn't even made with all the toppings we had asked for to begin with. The cheese pizzas were edible but not even fully covered with cheese when I had paid for EXTRA cheese. You know it's not extra when half the pizza isn't even fully covered in the center. After calling to make them aware of the situation, their attempt to solve the problem was telling us to bring the more incorrectly made pizza all the way back to the store so they could put the right toppings on that SAME pizza and then send it back home with us again. After finally getting them to agree to make us a fresh, correctly made pizza like the one we originally ordered (and having to wait another 30 mins to pick it up) we get it home only to find the dough so undercooked and raw it's not even edible! And I'm not talking a couple slices, I mean the whole darn pizza!! What a waste of time, money, and gas having to take 2 trips back and forth to this store over the course of about an hour just to get a meal we can't even eat. Absolutely disappointed since I have never had this bad an experience with Domino's until today. Sending undercooked pizza home is absolutely unacceptable, not sure I will order from this store ever again, not if I'm paying $50 for such terrible quality...
Read moreUpdate: I decided to go back to this dominos location approximately a year after my original experience and it was way better. Since going back I order carryout at least once every 2 weeks and my order is always ready and the customer service has always been prompt and excellent. I have had minimal issues with food quality and order accuracy.
Update 2: tried delivery again for the first time in 2 years! has been an awesome experience and the even though my apartment Enclave @ the stadium can be a maze o deliver to because of gps pathing the drivers have done exceptionally well... ALWAYS TIP YOUR DRIVERS!!! especially at the 700 N loop 340 store. thank you guys and keep up the great service. Ordered online at 8:22pm heard nothing and no updates on tracker. Called around 9:14pm and they told me they were short on drivers and it would be "45 mins to an hour" I confirmed that would be ok 👍. At 10:30pm I still heard nothing and called back and was told it was delivered. After being put on hold for 20 mins I called back and was told that the driver "Morgan" had made a mistake and that a new order would be sent to me in "25mins to 40mins" this was at 11:00pm. Come 11:55pm I have been picked up and intentionally hung up on 4 times now.
I have spent thousands of dollars over many stores across the U.S and I can say this is the worst experience and only bad experience I've ever had with a Dominos.
This is by no way the staffs fault even if the customer service was less than ideal. Management needs to get it together and stop...

The only time the store ever wants to pick up a phone is just to tell you they can’t give you what you ordered or to tell you they don’t have a driver. Gods forbid you sit there for 20 mins at different times in the day waiting (just to see if it’s a time frame situation) on them to pick up the phone. Maybe if they would do that when I’m trying to place an order then IF there does happen to be an issue then I know right then and there. Not later after I paid for the meal. Not after I’ve gotten beyond angry at the online messing up. Not after I had already made several attempts at calling. I even ask one of the drivers once about this, but they said only after a certain at NIGHT do they not answer the phone. So why is it I’ve NEVER been able to call this store on my own terms and have someone answer. What’s the point of call based ordering if you don’t answer a phone?
