THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I order here 2 weeks ago after work and they brought me a GREAT pizza (expensive) but delicious and i was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Well I call today and all 3 locations tell me that they do not deliver to the same exact location I previously had a pizza sent to. So I call back the original number back that I had called first, (it was saved in my phone from the first time ordering from them) and some punk kid tells me that they never delivered a pizza to me that night and gave me some lip about them not delivering to this location. talk about really crappy customer service. i work in this area and stay at a hotel around the corner from this place and would of been a weekly customer! but now I wouldn't eat here again if I was dying...

Me and my husband moved to the bay about a year ago and have been soooo sad we haven't found a decent pizza place, and we tried and search high and low for one. This place definitely hits home! Although I wish dough was slightly thinner flavor of the dough sauce toppings, were on point! Thank you so much for existing and finally allowing us to not miss pizza as much. This has been and will be our go to pizza place moving forward!! But one request to the owner, a medium pizza shouldn't cost 30$+ that should be the cost of a large please think about changing...

Tonight I decided to buy one with her and man I was so disappointed ☹️ The crust ends on the first one were big and soft and the ones on this pizza were really small and hard! Last week they used red onions yum... Tonight they used bitter white onions which I despise. The one thing about the Totos of my childhood that kept my dad going back there again and again was it was CONSISTENTLY delicious!
