Starbucks — Restaurant in Bend

The revies are so true. There is something really off about this Starbucks as if it's a spoof on the real thing.

Let's start with service. There is a manager named Kelly. I walked into the shop a few weeks ago when it was nice and bitter cold in the morning. I walk in and ask for the restroom code. She responded by asking what would I like to order. I told her that I need to use the restroom before that and that I would be using the app. She fought me to buy something first. After losing a few ounces of cool, she gave it to me. Finally received the wateriest Frappe in ever.

Sat down near the display case neat the door. It smelled like something died back there to make it plain and simple. Told Kelly. She said "oh no" but never moved to toward the smell.

Fast forward 2 weeks later as I vowed to never come back there. Asked for a manager to tell them how disappointed I was last time I was there. Kelly walks up. She said she had no recollection of me telling her about the smell. That is the definition of disturbing.

I asked for at least to replace the frappe. After bringing up all the stress for coffee's past, she finally gave in, frustrated and unapologetic.
