Dunkin' — Restaurant in Berlin

I’ve visited this location a few times before going grocery shopping across the street, sometime between 1-3pm. Every time it’s this older man, not friendly, always seems hyped up and in a rush. His appearance is always shocking to see for a DD employee, looks messy/dirty, no name-tag and just overall not a great appearance. I always order an iced latte and every time this man makes it, it’s not made properly. It’s never mixed so I always end up having to shake it. I’m sorry but your supposed to make the latte in the latte carafe tin and stir it with a spoon before pouring into the cup of ice. The way the latte is prepared makes a difference on how it tastes. Lattes are not cheap and if I’m paying for something it should be made the correct way. Please train your employees on the correct way to use the...

This is the worst Dunkin ever. It is conveniently located near my job so I have put up with the constant mistakes for 4 years, but no more. The coffee is inconsistent, very little or no swirl every time - to the point that I have had to start ordering 4 or 5 swirls just to get a normal amount. Today I got a bagel that had almost no cream cheese, like an undetectable amount. A month ago I got a sandwich that had parchment paper baked into the bagel, complained and never heard anything back. Sure they have some nice employees but what good is great customer service if you can't follow simple instructions on a mobile order. It was NOT busy today so there is no excuse. Take your money and burn it because that would be a better use than ordering from this hole...

There's one guy that works there that you can tell he just doesn't care about his job. I had an ice coffee with the sugar melted and I also had a refill cup. He charged me for a large ice coffee, it was almost a dollar more. And he was just very careless making my order. My coffee was AWFUL!!! The rest of the staff however is much better. Update: Awful. Got everything in my order wrong. Same guy still working there. Smh. Coffee wasn't made correctly, 2nd coffee same. Not made correctly.
